Hello guys..
I usually dose opiates everyday and have been for years..
I have quite a high tolerance..
Here recently I was only able to get a hold of some adderall.
I just got off of a 3 day adderall binge and sleep all last night.
When I woke up this morning (14 hours after my last dose of adderall)
I dosed 20 mg methadone... (about 1 pm.) I had a slight euphoria and everything was going good.
So I decided to get 20 more mg. I took them orally about 6 hours later as well and have been enjoying the euphoria all the way up until about a hour and a half ago.
I'm still sleep deprived from the adderall binge, yet my breathing from the methadone is certainty decreasing my oxygen intake..
Although I want to nod, i'm scared i'm going to go into respiratory depression..
This is my second time ever using methadone..
I've used up to 8 mg of suboxon in one dose, but had plenty of sleep the night before..

If i'm experiencing a methadone OD, what is going to kill me..?
The respiratory depression or aspiration if I fall asleep..?

My blood pressure as of right now is 114/75 and heart rate is 89 BPM which isn't bad at all..
I just don't have any way of monitoring my oxygen intake. Any ideas..?
Should I drink coffee and stay awake and let the methadone wear off for a little bit..?

Answers fast, please...

P.S. Starting to hallucinate slightly from fighting then nod.

Besides the respiratory and the aspiration deadly side effects is there anything else that can happen from that large of a dose that perhaps I should be worried about..?

I can take up to 32 mg dilaudid or 200 mg hydrocodone aday..
think 40 mg methadone is as dangerous?

If you feel like your life is in danger then PLEASE call 911.

I made a thread just like this a few years ago and I ended up overdosing. Do not fall asleep.
