I won't ask why you would need melted butter at this time of day:)

Since we are being so domesticated my microwave cleaning tip for the day is a large rounded vessel capable of holding water with water and lemon juice in the microwave. Run the microwave until its full of steam then leave for a bit, open remove bowel being careful not to sustain serious burns, and wipe down your microwave, job done....I'm off to get my marigolds;)

The smoke alarm keeps beeping it says it will stop , it better it's driving me mad !

Apart from that it's all good only got a couple of joints left off that 1/2 oz of Hash so it lasted longer than a week .
I can' believe it's June ffs it's more like October or something a bit depressing man.

I think the alarm has stopped nice i am now content:D
 
I guessing its one of those mains powered ones, I'm sure Shambles had one that kept going off a while back, fekin nightmare, the one I've got seems to be more of a cooking detector but at least I can just pull the battery.
 
That doesn't stop them being a pain in the rear when your trying to make a bacon sarnie:) I always put the battery back in after, safety first and all that, always used to have and carbon monoxide detector when I lived in rented, saved out lives once when we moved into a place that had been empty for a bit, the boiler vented into the garage and some fool had piled up a load of rubbish in their covering the vent :!
 
yeah those carbon monoxide detector s are essential if your renting private.
A student round here died due to Poisoning i've heard of a few incidents .

Theirs so many dodgy or just clueless Landlords around .
This time of year you see streets in nice areas where 30% of the houses are for student housing.
. If you think about it you never ask your potential Landlord if he/she has a Criminal record and they want everything on you .

Good point mate. They want all sorts of checks & references on you but no-one ever asks for the same back. Like, could I get a reference from your last tenants to show that you are not a cunt, will fix things that need fixed & won't try to steal my deposit?
 
I 've had some right crooked Landlords PT mate.
One kept claiming Housing benefit for a year after i left and had someone renting the room !
When i was told i took the letter with the £3600 bill to his office and he just said not to worry about that .

Talk about having friends in the right places .
If i named the City i bet other folks would know who i'm chatting about.
 
I've had to go months with a smashed window (smashed right through, in the fucking living room as well), weeks with no shower, weeks with no heating (which I fixed myself because the cunt just wasn't going to do it) & had every landlord try to keep my deposit.

The last one was claiming money for cleaning after we'd moved out. The place was absolutely fucking spotless when we left, much cleaner than it had been when we moved in, the wideo said he still had to pay for cleaners. Unfortunately for the stupid cunt it was two of my mates who moved in after me, I don't think he'd even been in the flat. It was the same the day they moved in as it was the day I moved out, we even found a packet of pasta in the back of a cupboard that I had missed lol. My mates bumped fuck out of him before they moved out (couple months rent), left his flat in a state & just basically told him to fuck off whenever he phoned them about it "Take it out the deposit ya prick" haha - karma's a bitch.
 
like i said about Landlords being crocked.
I mean all you have to have is a house or flat .
Even if you had loads of convictions.
No wonder fraud is sucha big problem with Housing Benefit.

I wouldn't bet on it. Just going outside is like being at sea right now, at least here.

The river Medlock looks like the Congo rapids at the moment. I wondered what would happen were I to fall in. Probably get dashed on the shopping trollies.
