Good evening :) nice smooth day, havent felt this good on a monday for ages

Football... whats the deal with this overhyped poncey load of shit. never understood why people get so worked up over it, to the extent of gang violence and whatever they do. however its a good excuse to slap money on bets, and pretend i give a shit what the score outcome is, so thats what im gonna do

infact i bet earlier for both teams to score, made £20, bollocks to the outcome

indeed, I love it too. the Weston's Old Rosie one Shambles just mentioned I can get for £1.29 a bottle at a local bargains place. that's lovely too. prefer the 8.4% one overall tho

I think all of the football comments in Gibberings have been from people naysaying in similar fashion. Though I'm certainly not churlish enough to let that stand in the way of a good whinge.
 
two nights off drugs apart from booze and opis. Desperate for tobacco for some reason! Really want to nip down to Jet for golden vag or drum and blue papers but I shouldnt. Will pop a nicorolla gum instead and see how it goes.
 
Really craving for as much stella as I can get from that cupboard in the utility room. Just the right taste for the moment. Can't face the judgement of parents though.

It's no idulgence, Shambles - I do love a good whinge, though you'd never tell, like...

Footy's okay (if a bit tainted by the money and the fame these days), it's just international football I don't like. Brings out this bogus jingoism that I hate at a time when even the Premier League still has a little element of genuine civic / tribal loyalty to it. Something that's far more authentic than people round here pretending to belong to the same culture as people in Basildon. We don't, and we never have. Thank fuck.

I do watch the Republic of Ireland matches when I can be bothered, but were I living over there I'd probably feel the same about having all of that in my ears. So keep quiet anyone who's ready with the shabby accusations of boho Anglophobia, you hear?

Aaaand I'm now talking about football. Sorry. ;)

You all talking about cider is making me want one and I'm supposed to be off it this week. Craved in and drunk at the weekend (after a miserable 4 days off it) and think I'm drinking at a mates this weekend plus going away up north for 3 days next week and will spend all of it drinking. Probably shouldn't go to Co-op. :|
 
That's better. Shambles sits before you bathed, shaved and freshly de-icked. The unbelievable level of itchiness brought on by slightly overindulging in opiates, being a day or three past his scheduled bathtime, and having gotten damp in the drizzle earlier had gotten too much even for me. Even treated meself further by putting on me new (to me) dressing gown. Pale blue Terry Toweling. Classy. Fortunately this lappy screen is one way cos sitting legs akimbo to type at it is perhaps less classy. Last turkey at the butchers anyone? :o

Steady on laydeez (and fellaz for that matter - equal opportunity perving ftw) - you can look but ya can't touch ;)

What the hell am I saying?!? You can touch all you like but best avoid looking for the sake of all concerned :D
