I would like to apologise (again) for being a complete cockhead on here a couple of weeks ago.If i had gone on to x-hamster none of this would have happened. I'll stick to being a parttime cockhead instead (that's not aimed at you btw crackhead)

This is genuine remorse. As the 'great' and distinctly non-'aryan' looking (oh the irony) hollywood nazi Harold Covington once said "one shouldn't show remorse for stamping on a rattlesnake"

But i didn't stamp on a rattlesnake and have no intention of doing so. I'm a bit fucked,Covingtons got nothing to do with it.

woken up earlier more monged n groggy from valium than usual... blahhh. fucking things. not an ideal way to start the weekend. gonna watch more "bowling for columbine" then get my hair cut, its quite a royal fucking mess atm. see my nan for a bit later, then get the booze on n head to a big park party if there weather isnt too shite. then big rave later

My nan died last night.

I'm not sad, relieved, she was 91, no quality of life, physically crippled, mentally crippled, lonely, confused....

RIP Nanny anyway. %)
 
I'm hungover and have a headache. I felt drunk enough after the bottle of wine, really did not need those gin and tonics too. :|
 
Sorry to hear about your nan Mr Monkey <3 91 is some age.

Not looking too great outside, the cloud could burn off but its windy as fuck. Was thinking of going for a picnic to the beach today to look for "the" bit of drift wood I want for a new wee bit of garden I'm making over. Wanted to go for a seaside kind of thing since I live, well, at the seaside.

Someone gies a Caturday pic and make us smile?

Got my gig tonight - I'm so fucking anxious I'm shaking, even after a can of bitter and many diazepams.
Should dissipate in time though and should go well. Just hope I please those on the dance floor.

It's a new night in Bradford that some friends-of-friends have set up, and it's going to be fuckin ace - So many different styles are going to be played so there'll be something for everyone and maybe even people will go away enjoying different sounds :)

Oh, here's my page. Needs updating really as I've got a few new tracks now.

Tis a shame to hear that MM...It sounds like she had a good long life. Did her health deteriorate rapidly over a relatively short period at least? My gran is 79 and has dementia. 5 years ago it was a joy to visit her, chat about interesting things, hear her thrilling anecdotes about life as a POW back in the war etc. These days its completely impossible to talk to her without conversation going in circles. Either that or she says something completely bizarre etc. She's no way about to die though, her body ticks along fine as ever. Personally I find dementia totally fascinating...How it manifests in different ways and different times, and makes people say and do some really bizarre things. Like once my gran started packing in the middle of the night, as if to leave the house. My grandad woke up and asked what she was doing, and she explained that she was packing to go to the Childrens' Hospice, which she did when she was 9. Somehow she was reliving a memory as though it were present time. How does a mind do that? It is really sad, and it seems like a unnecessarily cruel way to wrap up one's life, not only for the person with it but everyone who knows and loves them who has to look on while the person they knew slowly deteriorates out of all recognition.

My other gran is going the same way, and she lives on her own too. Just turned 80

So 91 is pretty damn good going, MM. It happens to everyone eventually...I feel as though it is bad for death to steal a life unprepared for death, but cathartic instead for death to take a life that has prepared to die and come to terms with it. It's always sad when someone/something dies...But it is often cathartic and oddly peaceful when it happens in a respectable way.

Fuck SAKES I am utterly useless! Just went got my hungover mate to come, pick me up, got get some k, fucking left my phone at home got to near where said k lives realised I had no phone or way of contacting the guy. Disaster.

I'm also getting pied by the girl I was wanting to see tomorrow, reckon her mate probably said something.

Bastardheads.
