Lush day, sunshine, park, friends, minimal drug intake, pretty sober now and heading bedwards with a few benzos. Feel like I have a really sold group of friends now who would do anything to see me happy, and had so many comments about how much more happy I am and how much more genuine it seems, seeing how happy they are made me happy too. Having a think about Dave in my flat now, miss him so much but he would be proud. Many things are shit in my life right now, but the important things are pretty fucking awesome and I feel lucky. And no I'm not wasted :D

Hope everyone else is having an equally wonderful weekend! Haha I sound like I am on MDMA, pretty sober now bar a blue or two :D
 
Thanks Shams. A few chems were consumed but by anyone's standards it was moderate really.. just yeah. Sorry to be a little OTT haha but this is such a change from the mindset of the past 9 months and I felt the need to share <3

Surprisingly sober night Chez Sham, Ms Eff. Had a coupla cold cans earlier due to them being cool and me being hot but avoided the usual bladderedom route for a change. Nice and comfy neath me sheet watching the last episode of Spartacus and supping nowt but water at the moment. A night sans heartburn is quite the revelation 8o

And quite the welcome relief 8)

PS: Good luck with the kipping. Not sure even benzos are much use on hot 'n' humid nights for me. Ack :|

Alby: I could pop the other chickytitty in the post but might be a tad manky by Monday unfortunately :(
 
Ive been drinking tonight. I hate the insomnia that comes along with alcohol consumption. I didnt realize I forgot my Hydroxizine at my grandparents place until after I started drinking :|

I really should be in bed, man has retired but i felt the need for another large G&T and pack of M&S onion rings.

Today's afternoon siesta has ruined me and I'm far too awake now wondering when I can go back outdoors and jump about. Got my bike all ready for a peddle down to the sea tomorrow - come hell or high water I'm going swimming in the clyde.

In other new Ryanair (the cunts) are bringing new routes into Prestwick, Sweden
and 2 German ones...I am most interested :)

We really need to be setting up an eadd care home and charity for tormented watsons :|

Shammy you can be key worker, mission instigator. I'll do kitchen / domestic duties, Knockando can do dodgy prescriptions, Mr Monkey can do "thee business end, with him involved in MI12 already it makes sense . B&W can host the secret hide out 8) and SHM and Charlie can do PR 8(
