Nice to be at my aunt/uncles place for the weekend. I feel a lot more comfortable here than I do at my grandparents, plus I get to chill with my cousins. My 14 year old cousin is 185cm tall and Im 183cm. Holy fuck, this kid grew haha.

I got a Troop London bag from Camden Market and it cost about £40 but is totally bomb proof with about a million layers and pockets.

Which would make for a hefty ol' sac. Realistically, I probably just need a wallet but do hanker after extra pocketspace wherever possible. A wallet with optional extensions, perhaps. I feel a Dragon's Den moment coming on...

Knock: I thought you probably lay in age between creaky auld Shamblina and squeaky young Albypup. If elder brother is nearer the mark then feel free to pass on pocketty-things wisdom all the same. There's no such thing as pocket knowledge overload.

Do like that one Marmz posted though. Both manly and baggy. And black. Which is often a boon. We have no shops or car boots or owt round here but do need to head out to civilisation soon cos I've got no functioning shoes or clothes left to speak of and will potter in suggested places. Thanks trendy young drugpigs <3
 
Surely it's the Yanks who are confused? Fannies are clearly front bottoms. Every schoolboy in the land knows this. I suspect the term "fannypack" comes from a kinda subconscious yearning to use slang correctly.

Or just cos they like to make Brits giggle :D

In vaguely related news, have noticed Americans appear to have learnt to pronounce "twat" properly recently cos I've heard it used quite a few times on US TV shows and stuff recently.

There's not many vowels for manoeuvre in there to debate over pronunciation.

I'm waiting for Americans to start saying cunt with any real venom.
 
Pronounced "twot" to rhyme with "cot". Just doesn't have the same satisfaction that "twat" has. I <3 twat <3

And cunt <3

Whenever I hear "cunt" in a US accent it sounds like they're emabarrassed to be saying it. Then again, when "motherfucker" and "goddam" started being used more over here they sounded pretty ridiculous too but we got the hang of 'em soon enough :)
