Meh yeah.. it's never appealed to me before for that reason, but we're sorting my flat out now and I really do have piles and piles of surpluss stuff, I'm such a hoarder! Did you make any money from yours Wibz-love?

Acid it makes me happy how much you love your job :D I really love old people with dementia too and making people's lives better is absolutely the best way to make a living <3

That or mugging kids.
 
Yeah I've made like £500 after postage costs in the last year, plus made space and got the boxes out from under my desk. nything that hasn't sold is going to charity shops now =)

Them old timers are really lucky to have someone as nice & caring as you about acidtek, your posts always make me smile :)
 
Aww thanks you guys, eadd for all it's laughs, drug chat and banter, has some really special individuals, it's such a great place to unload and for support! To think I only found this place by googling snorting subutex, what a lucky search that was! :)













Of course there is some absolute wankers as well! (you know who you are!) ;)

Seconded, I'm glad you enjoy what you're doing as well. Recently a close relative of mine went through a terminal and severely physically / mentally disabling illness which entitled them to some visiting carers, and there was such a huge gulf between the carers who... er... CARED and the ones who were just turning up and getting timesheets ticked. Some of them were downright shit, but the good / kind ones made the most immense difference to us all.

Nice to see you back here, and on a more positive tip than before by the look of it?

It's always nice to see you about jan, I know exactly what you mean about some "carers" some of them make me sick
 
Some were lazy, some had clearly been thrown in at the deep end by agencies and were in situations they were extremely uncomfortable with, and a couple were incompetent and insensitive and increased rather than reduced the level of suffering all round. I have unlimited respect and love for some of the good ones!

Ive just become aware that I can make things happen! I feel positive, grounded and empowered.

Just going to pick up the metallic blue, Turbo 2 series Hoover what I won on ebay yesterday for £1.06. My old one blew up... 6 bleedin' months it lasted .. Ok it was a January, sales Asdas own £30 job. but still .. it actually blew up and smoke billowed out of it.

I'm excited. The Hoover Turbo is a Ferrari among vacuum cleaners .. Let the good times roll!

asda should take their shitty hoover thing back btw, if you can be arsed. doesnt matter whether it was in the sale or not, theyre obligated to replace it for one of similar spec if it's within the guarantee peroid, and even if it's longer they should still consider it
 
Feeling very good after a sober weekend, decent bit of social, loads of exercise, few smokes. Scoured the whole of youtube I think for new tunes, got some right belters just buzzing my nuts off for creamfields now.

Quite enjoying a wee smoke, debating a couple blues too tonight but did them friday and saturday so maybe should leave it.
