Random MSN Gibberings XCIX: Better late than never

It rained here for like 15 hours straight yesterday. It didnt stop until around 4am when mostly everyone left my cousins place. It was just me, my cousin, his gf, her cousin and her bf after that until 5am when we all passed out. Talk about a 5th wheel :| But yes, quality Saturday indeed. Friday was wild as well.
 
Good luck with your efforts ATM. You've done well to jump off, especially in circumstances where you must still be in physical pain...

My own random contribution to this thread....I experienced my first evidence of drug induced amnesia the other day. Until then I had thought that never effects me. It is just a petty & trivial thing, but I opened up my bedroom chest of drawers yesterday, and everything had been completely & totally re-arranged, all rubbish cleared out, everything neatly and precisely boxed, packaged or stacked. The slightly scary thing is I have no memory at all of doing any of that. I dont like the way its been arranged either. I wonder how many other things I've done that i cant remember doing.

...Maybe the stimulants, but think I'm keeping from the booze.
Bearing in mind the only stimulant I have is meph, though, so chance of doing any actual tidying would probably be low. ;)

I only have one set of keys, and they never ever leave my possession :) I feel out of control if someone else has my keys. They're still here, sleeping I'm assuming as they're not responding to me when I knock on the door to tell them i'm off out for a wander. They'll be locked in if I go and my door does not auto lock, so I willworry the cats will escape. This whole situation is now doing my head in. I have eviction court hearing this week that's stressing me ot and worrying me, but apparently according to my friend my problems are nothing compared to hers. I try to be there for my friends when they have troubles, (hence me giving her a room to stay in when she's homeless) seems she has different ideas. FFS!

As always, it's been me who's made the first move to try and sort this out. I had to resort to sending a text as they won't answer the door. They seem to think it's OKAY too keep staying here, they can think again.

These people aren't your friends, and if they are they aren't very good friends. No one I know would ever treat me in the way you're describing, and if they did I wouldn't talk to them again. You don't need people like that in your life.
 
They don't seem like friends, they seem like they are taking advantage. A free place to stay and possibly free food and drugs as well? No good.

Just go chuck them out already. You keep posting about it on here and saying that you're going to but you haven't. Do it!

The tidying will get done, only it will be shit as fuck, and you'll do everything to the beat of the drum (or bass of the music) haha. I remember cleaning the kitchen once... It came out worse off. Housemates came back and I was like;

Me said:
I CLEANED THE KITCHEN, SPOTLESS, TOP TO BOTTOM!"

I'm daft but i'm not nae that daft, no free food or drugs from me!

My mate is paying me half my weekly rent to stay here, (Fucking hell, my electricity use has more than doubled since she's moved in, i'm so careful, but she boils the kettle 3 times in a row, uses oven AND microwave for one meal, leaves lights on, TV on) but the deal did not extend to her ex/bf/person she's on a break with, nor did I expect her to lie to me just so i'd feel sorry for him and let him stay until Monday, but even when Monday comes, his been told that he's not guaranteed a place in a hostel, so it could drag on for weeks. If I get told im losing my flat on Thursday in court, I want my flat to myself so I can make the decision if I'm going to stay in Bristol, or move up North. I can't do that with someone living with me and I want my own space for the 4 weeks i'll have to vacate the flat incase I do have to go back and live with family or friends for a while.
 
Give it a week or two and they won't be paying you any rent and they still won't bugger off. Just shift them both on, they are blatantly using you.

She angrily said last night, She'd move out tomrrow if she could just to get away from my negativity as I'm always worrying about losing my flat and stressing about having to move 300 miles to start my life again. That just says to me that she's just using me as i've given her a room to stay in and she has nowhere else. I shouted some nasty things at her after that and told her to leave. Not seen her since, they're in, but not answering door.

I think they know your powerless to move them out. I wouldn't expect them to go without you doing something drastic that will cause you to lose the 'friendship' forever. They are using you in the way that addicts tend to use people, and they'll use you til your spent. I don't mean that offensively to anyone who is an addict on here, but addiction makes a lot of people into selfish users, and the ones who it doesn't (like you) generally get used up by the users. Because using isn't something you do you give everyone the benefit of the doubt thinking of yourself in their situation, which is what they rely on. Fuck them, seriously. They don't care if you're out on the streets as long as they have somewhere to get their head down for as long as possible.
 
They sounds like complete and utter assholes, seriously.
It's like I've been told once or twice, to do with drugs circles- "Good guys [and girls, obviously] get stepped on."

You needa find it in you to just tell them they have to leave, like right now, and tell them not to argue. I mean, you're clearly under a hell of a lot of stress right now, they aren't helping, and they clearly don't care. :\ <3

just heard a friend of mine got spoken to like shit and repeatedly slapped around the face by some sarcastic toffy-nosed tosser we used to go to school with, hardly ever see him, "better than everybody else" upper classed toffee-nosed arrogance he seems to have developed since thinking hes the dogs bollocks from becomming a lawyer or whatever the fuck he does.... few of us met up with him a few months ago and he was being a dick then, taking the piss because i work in a steel stockholding warehouse and he thinks hes doing so much better than all of us.... let it slide though.... was drunk and a bit spangley.... but hearing about my friend getting a slap around the face.... this fucker is gonna get it when hes next back in town. surprised my mate didnt give him a smack, he was drunk as well, walked off.... self serious control. if the cunt whacked me around the face id turn around and stick my fist through his fucking face, the fat prick

Thing is, they're not people I met through using drugs. They were my friends who got into using heroin and crack at exactly the same time I did. I had to correct my friend a few weeks back, when she was complaining about other drug addicts, saying that she thought they were pathetic for having an addiction for years without doing something about it. I told her to have a look at herself!
