Had loads to do today....I even made a fucking list. Total sobriety yesterday....got up early-ish today. All set for action.

Spent the day feeling lethargic, bimbled about getting the sum total of fuck all done in real terms.

So, thought 'fuck it' and necked 20mg diaz a couple of hours ago along with a huge pipe of fresh pollen as a chaser.

Since then have felt pysically energetic and mentally uber-alert and have got loads of stuff done - WTF
 
What a night, got mangled on k, got some good ideas worked out for some tracks with a mate, smoked a shitload of weed and drank a load of beer and danced like a crab ;)

Not wanting to provide incomplete HR I believe the real winner in this particular delight is Orlistat although the mechanism is much the same as are the results, so if you really want to loose a few pounds anal leakage is the way forward.

Feeling good today after not having a skin full last night, cracking into a massive bowl of porridge, fresh oj, boiled eggs on toast & green tea. Go for a jog soon.
 
I don't understand, I got spangled to fuck last night, had three and a bit hours sleep and wake ip feeling 100%
I fucking love k! Mixed with oxy tis just fucking bliss!!!
 
I always wake up feeling mint after K unless I really overdo it then just tired. Did a whole week once with 3hours sleep a night on K and tiny bits of 2ci every night, every day I felt fresh as fuck and inspired lol. Best afterglow off any drug IMO.

Could be a bit dangerous with oxy though I'd think

Surprisingly I don't appears to have a hangover, or it may just be delayed.

just went up to get my hair cut... the fatty hairdresser woman is slow and the place was full apart from one seat... fuck that. time for a cuppa n some munch

pffffft, you can't just customise a Tim Benson kite.....you can do your own colour designs when you order one, but he won't make it in the colours you want if he thinks it looks shit ;) He's a perfectionist, brilliant kites....

Here's my kite, Benson Outer Space (not me flying it), is still a fucking ace kite, I don't NEEED the Deep Space for 200 fucking quid, but you know what hobbies are like, and now me mate's got one, mine looks like a heavy old bus chugging round the sky...

Enjoy the garden kate, we're hoping to get down the allotment later, but showers all day and not that warm, and got a fucking bunk bed to build if the company deliver the crucial parts and the instruction manual they failed to include when they delivered it on thursday... (took me two hours of trying to put the bad together from the pictures on the box, and without reliasing crucial parts were missing...had to swallow me pride and admit defeat...
