I'm in work. Didn't appreciate the freezing temperatures or the snow.

A wee smoke of bupe (which I'm running out of) and a spliff helped make it a bit easier though. Now it's just a case of getting through the working day and planning drug purchases for the extended weekend. Oh, and wishing I were still in bed.
 
BcF mate this is first time i've had to get on a puter since sunday that Gold Seal i got is pukker the leb not as good.

Lucky i bought it cos i spent last 2 days getting spangled spent a fortune at least i got enuff left to get by for next 12 days thats where the hash was my best investment

i rekon hash/weed is always a good thing to spend the last of your money on thats after you bought food etc .
Much better than booze .

I 've been flat out for two days only got home again this morning .
I sawmy best mate yesterday n was out all day night on monday as you no .
Going to the pub tonight as well to see my other good mate whi i met on the 1st day of infant school haha.

This is highly unusuall amount of socialising for me it's about a months worth condensed in to 3 days.
Bring on benzo script tommo .

urgh, hope that snow doesnt make it this far east. last time MSB had snow and we didn't, it managed to make it's way over this side in just a few hours.
it's been storming all night here though, gale force winds... and pissing down tons. rain is good though since there's supposed to be a hosepipe ban starting tomorrow. can do without grey sky and stuff hitting my window in the middle of the night

Off to docs then work, brrrr! Fucking council have decided I owe them £900 in overpaid housing benefit and have passed it on to bailiffs. I don't remember getting a letter about it from them, and besides, I claimed housing benefit for a grand total of 3 months 3 years ago. Legitimately. Fuckers! I forsee a lot of frustrating phone calls ahead :(

Funny u say that, we got a 1200 council tax letter with bailiffs coming on Saturday! It's been paid though now :X cunts!

I where North face N Berghaus jackets like a true Scally n i always will i got a ltd edition 2002 North face cost me £150 from £300 is still mint condition people even compliment on it . Thus boosting my fragile ego.

The frustrating thing is I def don't owe it!! Guess it'd be worse if I did and had to find the cash but I don't.. may have to pay anyway now bailiffs are involved and claim it back from council.. argh!! Might visit citizens advice..

Most councils seem to be utterly incompetent with these things, but sorting them out is a frustrating task indeed. One time my flatmate and I ended up being owed £200+ by bailiffs because the council had passed on the council tax debt without taking into account a couple of payments we'd made in the interim period between them taking action and us being notified. I'll bet the circumstances are similar.

In the end we had to pay the bailiffs and the council coughed up, but only after trying to fob us off by deducting it from the next year's council tax bill. For a flat which we were moving out of. Your case might well be different though, and I wouldn't rush to pay the bailiffs without taking advice first.

Hope it works out and try not to let it get to you too much, eh? Otherwise a slap will be forthcoming.

The CAB is an excellent place to start your mission. Without a doubt.

Brimz - I shudder to think what your mental picture of me is like, but the chances are it's not too far off the mark.

I must phone my Financial adivsor froim the CAB today .

Sound stupid me having have "a Financial advisor " spunds like i 'm rich or something .
She is invaluable & stops me worrying about all woes finacilly.

just don't pay owt ill you see the CAB thats what they will tell you when you get their .

It feels strange when they said just ignore all the CCJs and Legal Letters ( i am a worrier ) but i got my head round it .

Don't pay it until you've taken advice, and if any further demands are made (this may seem cynical and expolitative of a horrible situation) you've had a bereavement, remember?

Even these shithouses have to take things like that into account. In the worst case scenario (where you do end up having to pay back the bailiffs) then use everything at your disposal to make the payments as manageable as possible.

At the end of the day, it's Babylon, it's Maya, it's the shitty face of Consensus Reality and to let it eat away at you when you've already got enough on your mind is a sure way of making yourself ill.

I mean it about that slap, btw.
