I've been "sustaining" myself with GINger Beer and Codeine practically upon waking.
Not wise, but..... Eh.....

IV'ing ket is pointless anyway really is it not? I went off it for the same reasons though the hole just isnt as enjoyable when your trying to do it on the sly, it just baffles the head more not really in the same enjoyable way it did when done care free.
 
Hard to even know how long IM lasts but Im sure its longer than that tbh. Preferred it to sniffing but Im not overly keen on needles, especially when you come to after a couple of days on it and theres well in excess of 30 used syringes in the sin bin. Im a fiend though no matter what the substance is Ill always take things too far. Trying to stay away from the narcotics lately but my boozing is now causing me 2 days of death after, think after next weekend Ill try stay off that aswell and be a bit more dedicated to this gym programme its an utter waste of time paying for a personal trainer when Im not eating properly at the weekend, fucking annoying.

Nutrition is the key to everything... I've just done a week of similar hours to the one before and by rights I should be feeling appalling but this time round there were huge quantities of delicious and well-balanced food available whenever I wanted them, whereas previously I was doing it on junk food and cigarettes. Must remember that the next time I subject myself to working unreasonable hours, full of drugs.
 
Solfest looks good this, specially as System 7, Eat Static have just announced they're playing...Transglobal Underground already confirmed, and Adam and The Ants, and, errrr, Big Country :D...

Shame it's opposite end of country to me:(
