I think it's actually true. There's another fairly vocal person on the board who claims similar beliefs.

If we're doing spirituality, OK then, 'God' is for want of a better word 'love', and this 'love' is best expressed by humans in making things vibrate harmoniously, ie MUUUUUSIC.

I'm not immune from being converted, I keep an open mind. but truthfully, if Jason Spacemen can't convert me, with his talent and penchant for tears and the spiritual and bilingual messages of love, then you certainly can't. either learn a better language or there's no point, unless you're just singing it for your own amusement. but don't kid yourself youre doing it for any other reason than that. conversion isn't your forte, honestly. if anything it just makes me more atheist ... even more so than any BBC depressing news article ever could

I can handle that you're a christian, I can also point out that I believe it is wrong. I believe that the whole concept of it is wrong (not just christianity, organised religion in general. Although christianity is up there with the very worst) & that people in this day & age still believing in it are kidding themselves on, or clinging on to some vain hope that there's some great point to life & when you die you'll be in heaven with all your other dead relatives. Fact is, you won't be. You'll be dead. Gone. Finito. Finished. I'm not saying this to be a dick, I'm saying it because I genuinely believe it.

You're clearly not mature enough & sure enough in your ideas to handle someone questioning the utter mentalness of your religion. I wasn't going to into the million & one reasons why it's all lies but I can if you want.
