Does this work for anything? I don't want to commit to buy if it doesn't, but otherwise there is free 8GB Memory Sticks for all. Useful for many. :)

Just don't try to buy more than one thing as you'll (presumably) end up committing but won't get the discount.

That's weird, the eBay page I linked and quoted says it's valid from today (Wednesday) yet it worked yesterday. :?

How are we all this morn still a it dark out there.

I've got a job interview this morning and a long counselling session later this afternoon, done all my prep for both so not feeling too anxious, since seeing my full CV I'm being interviewed for 2 roles now, there aren't many other people with the specific knowledge in what their looking for so I have a good chance, called in a bit of a favour and got some insider info on some stuff they wouldn't really expect me to know about so keepin my hopes up on this one.
 
Always rely on you be up bright nd early atm :), prefer it dark personally, wish summer had longer warm dark nights, semi-light makes me feel shite. good luck! Sounds like you've got a pretty good chance at it, what area of work is it in?

Aye im not bad, day 3 of no drugs (cept benzos) and no sleep but feel alright so cant complain

Morning MR K, yeah woke at 3:30 but manged a bit of broken sleep with weirdo dreams till 5 the gave up.

I'm into week 2 of my benzo taper, takin it nice and slow this time, I can't post up the job area it would be a bit of a giveaway on the old anonymity front, I'm sure I've told you what I do before, but I'll drop you a PM later today and let you know how I got on.

Sounds like your keepin well, can;t you get a little sleep off the benzos ? I guess your trying to hold down the dose on those as well, I fekin hate counting out those pills. 8)
 
disolved some etiz powder in propylene glycol just been drinking that, saves alot of hassle & im sick of popping pills! think etiz is shit for sleep though, if anything it keeps me going :\ aye you probably have but lack of slep and copious amounts of benzos, memory aint my strong point at this sec ha :)

good job with sticking to the taper, are the dreams cause of it? Ugh when they force tapered me i could barely distinguish the difference between those vivid dreams and reality with regards to convos with people etc. i've scrapped my benzo one till i stop craving opis, yeah i've been better been much worse just plodding along, trying to decide what to do today with 75p to my name
 
The sleep thing could be related to my benzo use but I doubt it, its more likely the ADs I wasn't having these problems before I started on Venlafaxine, but I'm getting by on what sleep I do get and I haven't had any really disturbing dreams of late.

Once I'm off the benzos we will see, I dont want to be taking the ADs any longer than required but I don't want to come off them and end up in a mess again either, I've seen the inside of a secure unit and don't want to see one again if I can help it :\

Nice to see you round, atm and CK. Sorry to hear of the sleep problems affecting you both.

That's a day and a half you've got there atm, what with the interview and counselling. Sounds like you've got the interview preparations down perfectly but good luck on both fronts.
 
Had to pop in and since you went to all the trouble of spring cleaning ;) thought I'd lounge about a bit. I'm trying not to get mt hopes up on the job front, it all seems a little to good to be true and I've been royally feked about in the past but since they chased me I couldn't really turn down the opportunity, nothing ventured and all that.

I reckon their gonna wrap up my CBT fairly soon, my scores are right down and I know the guy is booked solid and others are on the waiting list, I'm OK with that, CBT or at least the councelling I've received has been top notch I'll always be me but now I understand allot more about how I can improve my own life with really simple stuff that I just wasn't doing.

So all much improved in the world of 23, I just need to keep it that way, off to walk the dog now and catch a bit more of George Orwell down and out in Paris and London on audio.
