Random MSN Gibberings LXXXIX: Off my rocker babbling about nothing

First it's almost never all one person's fault blaming yourself isn't going to get it sorted.

You can't change who you are mate and would she really want that ? Talk to her about it, find out the nitty gritty about what is actually pissing her off, sometimes it can be one small aspect of what you are doing that's causing a really big problem.

As you might have seen in some of my posts I'm going through CBT at the moment and I have been close to moving out of the house fairly recently as Mrs atm was clearly not happy and I couldn't live with that even though I know I couldn't live without her.

I got her to write a list of the things that she wanted from me and wasn't getting and thing I was doing that she didn't want me to, she wrote the list and I was blown away by ho simple the things were and how relatively easy it would be for me to make those small change which obviously made so much difference to her.

I'm not suggesting you do the same but don't let things fester, unspoken resentment will creep in and destroy what you have.

Best Wishes mate

Shambles, were your companions really discussing how best to dispose of your wasted carcass? That must have been rather awkward when you woke up.

They really were. Sat at the bottom of the stairs for ages listening to 'em trying to talk each other into being the one to do the deed - "Tell you what: I'll let you have the rest of this oz to yourself if you do the cutting. I don't mind taking the bits around looking for bins - I'll do that bit." Summat like that anyway. Was fuckin' hilarious to be honest. The mix of expressions on their faces when I (rather loudly) made my living presence known to them is probably unique in all of human history. I fully expect to see it turn up as a scene in a Guy Ritchie flick one of these days :D

Also, think that acid sent ya funny - all those warm 'n' fuzzies from you and Bluebell fair made me blush this morn :o<3

That aside, morning all. Still got a mighty odd sleeping pattern I'm blaming on coldbugs. Fell asleep yesterday afternoon and woke up sometime in the early hours. I suspect drugs may be in order to reset the ol' body clock. Perfectly reasonable excuse, I'd say.

Morning, just having my cup of coffee before I get out of bed for the day. Hope your all feeling good this miserable Sunday morning!

Horrible wet and drizzling here! Aye the weather=D

Good morn to Ms Bluebell, same grim, grey and raining, gotta take the dog out in a bit, he doesn't care about the rain :)

Morning, folks :)

Feeling surprisingly chipper here as it happens. Mornings are much more acceptable when you get a good run up of several hours headstart on 'em rather than them just jumping out at you as they tend to do. Strip o' codeine and several mugs of "Rocket Fuel" coffee may also be partially responsible for perkiness.

Shiteydrizzly here too but is Wales so counts as a nice morning technically.

Morning eadd :)

It's lovely here this morn' nippy mind but the sun is out %) Surprised I don't feel worse, though it may be in the post - bit of a mad wan this weekend 8)

Nice to see MOP about, keep your chin up honey <3 and I hope the rest of you have simmered down!

No overnight reported posts = makes for a happy am mod :D aww you're a good bunch.

*waves* to Shammy <3

sup sexy people. been drinking it up n hoofing lines of drone or whatever the fuck it is, body is tingly, no dialaed pupils but cant stop chatting shite at 92mph

*blows kisses back* Mr Felix is snoring away beside me, so he'll waken to your slobbers in a bit :D

I'm having a torrid love affair with mxe, it's got to stop :| stuff is fucking lush! Went to the theatre yesterday to see the Wicker Man it was indeed suitably weird and random, bit of an odd thing to do on stage. There was nudity and burning too 8o as you'd expect.

how's the sheep this morn' Mr Shambola?

Dan - get in the kitchen and make me egg and soldiers please - no beetroot :|

Edit: na no exciting RP dramaz, just warms me cockles not to be hassled with em first thing.

frost still on my car but nice sunny morning here.had a nice bacon n egg brekkie with a pot of tea.

heading to my folks house in a few mins who were 42 years married yesterday then home early to watch the footy.

@MOP = Wish your good wife and youself all the best <3.

^^ Sheep are all moisty round the woolly areas today, Kate. They're also a bit damp from the rain.

How was Wicker Man? Saw a thing about that on the Culture Show or similar t'other day. Looked like fun. Got that fella from the show about the two ol' Scots chaps in I can't recall the name of. He actually looked older without the make-up and wig oddly enough.

PS: I agree about the sexiness of the mexiness too. Having the weekend off from it meself. Partly cos I'm skint till the end of the week and partly cos I tend to lose a few too many days when I indulge 8)

42 years married is amazing Mr Bog! I'm now near 1 & half lol..Have a great day with the family <3

That's the one - Greg Hempill's the man. He wasn't that great and thankfully kept his clothes on :) It was a strange take on the film. A stage show of a stage show of the film kinda thang 8( thank fuck I wasn't tripping 8)

Quite fancy dragging the man to see an opera, may take some talking round that one :\ hehe

Yes mxe is a sweety, but breaks are necessary, the tolerance shoots sky high so quickly.....

Felix is trying to talk me into getting Mint on me laptop - what do you think Sham?

Do eeeet, Kate. Mint is mint. Felix came out to me about his newfound fondness for luvverly, luvverly Linux products via PM t'other night. My what a twist after all the mockery I used to get for it :D

And here's me with bloody Windows on my nice new lappy. Only cos it came pre-installed and I'm a bit nervous of fiddling with it. Only time I'll ever have a legit MS product code so kinda feel I should get me money's worth seeing as it cost actual money. Felix did point me in the direction of a dual boot though so when I work up a lil Dutch courage I'll be making Minty Lappies here too :)

Oh yeah, I'll second that. I reaped the benefits of a break yesterday and was rewarded with a walk through Withington just as the sun was setting after the rain which turned into a magical experience on a par with any psychedelic experience I've had. Lovely stuff.

And a good morning to everybody. This is the first Sunday morning I've seen in a few weeks. The novelty is yet to wear thin.

*hugz* fellow lovely morn' mod <3 this is positively late for us innit! though yes it is still Sunday...please tell me its Sunday 8(

Haha yes he's well into it and does have this duel thang going on which looks like it would confuse me muchly. It's very green too. I do like green but prefer purple as you know. I'm as yet to be convinced, am very set in me OS ways :\

He was showing it off to me first time it was loaded and I was like "where's the time / clock" haha such a girl thing to say, but you know how it goes ;) of course I got a huge explanation about plug-ins. Got a tad excited until I realised he didn't mean naughty ones 8)

I might give this a go on one of my lap tops, I recently got an old EEE PC of flea bay for £47 now loaded up with ubuntu its amazing how usable it is even with a 7" (no giggling at the back please) screen. Since I have friends in the IT department at work I can now access the tinternet at work as required without the powers that be be able to see what I'm looking at.

I've always used Windows but its a bloater compared to some of these new slimmed down OS's, all my data is on external back drives anyhow so if the OS goes belly up I don't lose anything and I never use laptops for storage, so I've got nothing to lose.

Brimz: I was also planning on asking Marmz if she takes bookings. If it's a challenge she's after then I could certainly provide 8o

Kate: It does take a bit of getting used to at first but after a few goes with a proper OS you wonder how you ever coped with MS shite for so long. It's been quite the culture shock having to get used to W7 and its unbelievable crappiness. I'm sure MS must employ specialists in making everything as annoying, confusing and user-unfriendly as possible :|

This ubuntu chat keeps coming up .

Can anyone explain very briefly what it is and how it would improve my life ?

I'm a bit of a puter spaz but i'm getting better .
