I hear you. I'm like that with K after a couple of bad episodes that wouldn't have been nearly as unpleasant had I not been full of drink. As a result, as soon as I feel ketamine effects coming on I tend to feel uneasy.

I'm not surprised you were feeling rough with the speed and MDMA combined. Still, it's a fun combo and a bit of what you fancy can do you the world of good once in a while.

Re: 'Roll on the spring' - it was an intentional pun, albeit one about Chinese takeaway staples. Or at least that's the horribly-tortured joke I was planning to squeeze out of it for a few seconds.
 
What a beatifull day it is a bit nippy but lovely clear blue Sky.

I like this weather in the winter so i decided to go for a bike ride something i aven't doine in a while what with my gammy leg n all .

I couldn't cycle as far as i wanted but i was able to cycle n thats the main thing it was possible that i wouldn't have been able to walk without a stick cos of the damage that was done so i feel really lucky n won't be taking it for granted simple things like walking we do take for granted until it is nearly taken away from us .

Just gunna watch the duh-box and, perhaps... perhaps... perhaps try my hand at making some new tunes if my absolutely wonderful sleep pattern (honestly it's been ace!) fails me :)
But I'm having a bit of a break from production since being forced to create two tracks on a new project with 2 mates.
Lovely lullaby tracks tough :)

But yes, I need some fresh tunes. Or atleast revisit older ones that need an update for release.
