I thought I had it bad having to get up at 05.30 tmrw.Hate going to work when I know everyone else has still got some more time in bed.
 
crap aint it, the jobs a pile of wank... cant believe im still doing it 8 years on... dangerous, dirty, noisy, dead end, badly managed load of crap. it has its perks but ive really gotta reconsider what the fuck im doing with parts of my life
 
I feel the same mate. Just been pieing my PR shifts lately cos I can't be fucked with 60£ a week for working daft times wandering round the streets. Applied for a rake of other jobs in the past month but not really getting anywhere. Decided I'm going to apply for a 2 day course in pat testing. Don't need to be very smart to do that, one quick course and decent money for doing not much work. Seems ideal, I'll no doubt find there's some flaw in this plan I'm missing.
 
my neighbour is the main earner in his family, with 2 small kids, and he's a pat tester. he chose it as secure work cos it needs redoing every however many years and seems to be doing ok.

Some of them are Kronos.. I'm surprised you havn't come across any. Starling and robins lay blue eggs. I love the ones speckled
with yellow.

I would rather sell my girth if that's ok with you. I still remeber a mate hassling my pet octopuss's butler for his last bomb of meph at a certain festival. The octopuss's bulter still had MDMA stashed so agreed to sell the meph, but only if said fiend would sell his soul. The fiend obviously agreed, wrote 'I fiendy fienderson sell my soul to *my pet octopuss's butler, for the evils of drone' and signed it. I'm sure if you were there you could of eased your way into his rectum no problem.

Yeah I've been looking into it. Seems like a cushy number, plus you get a grant for the course. Bound to be plenty work aswell, no guesthouse, rented accommodation, hotel etc can't have it done.

I thought this but then also had the thought, surely they would have had it done already. Then matey who's already done it would be expecting to turn up next year to do it again.
 
Is it normal for drugs workers to know very little about drugs? I met with mine today and she thought morphine was oxycodone, so that wasn't very reassuring. I was thinking they are supposed to be the ones that know what they are talking about, she didn't even know what a vape was for weed.
 
Only 2 more days of work and that's me done with that shitty call centre, forever. Thailand on Tuesday! Have done fuck all work this week, late every day (never got noticed though), constantly logged out and not taking calls or away skiving. Can't be fucked. Roll on Friday, hit the pub with work mates for a few beers and then more beers on Saturday. Get my shit sorted come Sunday!

Unfortunately, it's common. Which is why I always think the best drugs worker, is an ex user. My drugs worker is an ex heroin and crack addict, and knows EXACTLY how it is. I requested a new one, as my previous one was about 23, looked so sweet and innocent and I found myself having to educate her(She didn't know what a CWE was, hopefully it'll help her with future cases) With me, when it comes to key workers, drug workers etc, they have to be older than me, on my level and either been there and done it,or very clued up if they've not been there done it.
 
Yeah, I don't really see how someone can do that job without real experience. I definitely couldn't talk to someone younger than me that looked like they hadn't touched a drug.
 
Aye i've never had a drugs worker who knew much past drugs are bad, y'all educated me too well

@YPDH black eggs? man i need to get out fof the city more i've only ever seen like normal eggs ha, gonna decorate tomorrow wish it was warm enough for crboots so i can fill the place with random nice stuff :)

can of freshener i bought exploded everywhere instead of spraying but at least my place smells nice and fresh now =D & mates got too stoned to help me move most of my shit so we're sacking it off until tomorrow, cant wait to get my speakers set up 2 months without real music and i thought benzo wd's were bad ha
 
just got in from a mates birthday drinks, proper pissed! work tomorrow isnt gunna be fun,no hangover cures either,ah well was good laugh, i will tell you the story or the latex narwhal tomorrow :p

Morning folks, another cold windy morning here. I've had no internet at home for over a week cause of storm damage to phone lines and bloody O2 blocked BL on my mobile there cause I'm apparently under 18. I wish...

Off work tomorrow got a long weekend of laze planned yeh :-)
 
Hi Kate , hope all is well with you and yours, goods xmas etc etc:)

I've recently discovered the world of vintage clothes and nick nack fares, they seem to have started to become really popular round here, got some nive Xmas presents and dealt with some really nice people. Everything from vintage clothing to recycled stuff like old arm chairs recovered in patch works of old clothes, almost bought it even though I had no idea where I'd put it.

The clothes stalls are great not one item the same as the other, and since I'm not such a fat bugger these days, what with not drinking and eating lsss , walking the dog more ..most of it fits.

Got a great reproduction sign for my desk which looks like a 1920's ad, pic of coffee mug and houswifey with the words"Coffee Plenty of time to sleep when your dead" have in on my desk at work ! any way off to Harrogate today ta ta
