Sorry to jump all up in yer bizniz, but I have to find people who agree...

Is it just me or is Domino's garlic and herb sauce the motherfucking shit?! God damn I'd choose a chicken and ground beef pizza with dominator base and 6 extra tubs of G&H sauce over codeine (DOC) anyday. DROOL.
 
Garlic and herb is nice, not the most socialable of sauces, but nice! Not sure I'd chose a pizza over my DOC's though! ;) lol
 
My neighbor said to me 'Helen, when are you going to fuck off and move out, are you going to do it or do the courts?', before going on to insult me more. I said I wasn't going to engage him in conversation if he carried on being aggressive to me, he put his hands to his face as if to mimic someone crying looked me up and down with his horrid screwed up face and said 'Shut up you scrawny skinny crackhead bitch'.

Fucking abusive bully.

Seriously thoght Cherry good on you for maintaining your dignity, when I've been in those sort of confrontational situations and managd to keep myself calm ansd respond in an intelligent and succinct manner I've a;wasy felt better for it.

In the end you dont give a flying fuck what this wanker thinks about you anyway so top work on not letting him wind you up too much, even after all the shit he's caused you.

Excuse my profanity I usually avoid such things but that sort of behaviour really gets up my hooter

What a total cunt. What you need to do is start keeping a log of everything he says and does to you for a few months. Then get yourself a free lawyer from one of those battered women shelters and get a restraining order against him, so if he even so much as looks at you funny he will be picked up. It's difficult to get a restraining order purely for harrassment so you need to be quite thorough in the notes you keep on him, but it is definitely do-able. I think it will increase your quality of life greatly whilst massively pissing him off in the process! It is definitely worth doing if you are planning on staying in this location for longer than the amount of time it will take you to get the order.
 
what about getting a dicatphone so you can record this dickhead? or maybe using your phone if its capable of capturing audio

The thing is, having a dictaphone, or the recording thing on my phone at the ready all of the time isn't always easy. I never know when he's going to pop hishead out of his door to have a go at me. Last night he came out of his front door as soon as he saw me/heard me come in the front door. So I guess I could just have my phone ready then. It's annoying that I have to change my life to do this, but I'm tired of all the heat being on me being the bad one, and him getting away scott free.
 
Off to catch my train gotta check out the place ill be workin in a couple of weeks and check out a couple of flats. Slightly nervous but damn excited. Wish me luck :)

Cherry, you could just put the video capture on and blatantly film him every time you come home. That'll make him behave. If it works on police officers it will probably work on him.

cherry. he is a fucking dick. i think filming him is a great idea. and going away. what would actually work really well is if he makes some complaint about you whilst you're not even there, they'll have to go back and think about the veracity of every other.

bit man down today. watching the clock, drinking tea and chain smoking. can't even work out fucking mental arithmetic.
