This boy is not daft. I still need to get my Air Max 90s back from my mate's pad since TITP & see if I they can be rescued from the mud they got covered in. Might buy some new ones the now actually, if I can see anything decent. Payday on Friday means I appear to have lots of cash, although that will be gone soon enough. Even though I know I can't afford new trainers right now the bank balance says otherwise.

aint that the truth, and just think i was lecturing you! god i should practice what i preach instead of waking up on saturday still pissed and buying more beer, then doing the same on sunday lol, tut tut fucking tut, plus my nose looks wrecked from all that k, least i sorta have a nice afterglow from the acid, except the crushing hangover is ruining it lol, on the plus side i just puked up some bright yellowy green bile and emptied my guts from the other end so im bout 2 kg's lighter lol, but still feel ruined! think i might have to filth it up later with a kfc tower burger lol, craving it to fuck! even though im poor..ill make it happen ;)

ahh i cant believe i made it through today, if said amphet has arrived i will be speeding through work tomorrow lol!

yeah matt, the yellowy bile and kfc combo has awoken my stomach too, will have to grab one..well either that, one them new maccyd chicken burgers or a burgerking steakhouse angus burger..all pure filth but fills the bile shaped hole in my guts, 4 mins to go! fuckin yeah! :D
 
go for the steakhouse angus, i had one the other day and it was fuckin epic, so bad yet sooo good =D just make sure ya get extra bbq sauce, they dont put enough in IMO, but i could eat bbq sauce on its own tbh, its just the perfect sauce for everything
 
Horrible day in work, I've been a miserable cunt all day. Just cannot be fucked with the place anymore. Started doing the new job I've just been 'trained' for this afternoon, not a fucking scooby.
 
Just paid for tickets to go see Alun Cochrane and Phil Jupitus at the Stand at the Fringe in Edinburgh on Saturday Night :D , was gutted to see all the Stewart Lee tickets were sold out :( as if he wasn't sold out then I could have gone to all three that night as they all follow on from each other time wise.

Proper looking forward to coming up to Scotland now I have booked tickets for Saturday, will try and just see cheap shows and other free stuff in Edinburgh the rest of the time I am there. Glasgow is still first on my to go to list though, hopefully get to meet up with a few bluelighters there. :)

Haha, all depends on my not being murdered whilst hitchhiking my way up there.8)

Mugz you're going to love The Stand, intimate, personal and trippy as fuck. The comedians are literally an arms length away from you, always a great night. Best bet to find out about free shows is head to the Royal Mile, it's the official flyering area and you'll have loads of street entertainers and performances on. Do you like curry? Best curry in the world at the mosque kitchen, just ask a local to point you in the right direction. Good bars, Teuchters, Royal Oak, Bowrie, Brass Monkey.

My day in work was rank as well. I swaggered in at about quarter past 2 when I actually start at half 9 though so I guess I was taking the piss a wee bit. The reason it was rotten though is that last week they advertised for jobs just down the road from where I work the now, at my grade, on level transfer, outside the call centre (just doing processing work - boring but a fuckload better than the call centre) then I went in today that they have made a "mistake" on the original job posting & that it's only available to people on the grade below me going for promotion.

What that really means is all call centre staff are at least at my grade & they probably got a fuckload of applications from call centre staff, realised that if the jobs were given on merit & not taking in to account where you were transferring from then they would mainly all go to call centre staff. They can't hire from outside at the moment & not one person in there would be stupid enough to transfer in to the call centre. Essentially telling us that we're stuck in the call centre forever until we hand in our notice. Fucking wankers.

If I had actually went in at half 9 feeling totally burst from the weekend with a 10 hour shift ahead of me & found that out I would have walked out. I've decided from now on that I am going to do absolutely fuck all, if I tell someone I'll send them a letter or fix something etc I just won't do it, I'll take fucking ages pissing about in between calls etc until I get put on some sort of formal disciplinary thing for it (they'd need to go through about 3 stages of that before they could even think of sacking me). I'm fucking CHOKING to get out of there but there are literally no jobs about here that aren't call centres & most of them are paying minimum wage, I wouldn't do a job I loved for minimum wage, never mind talk to wankers on the phone all day.

There's a bar called Teuchters? And one called Brass Monkey (ie Junkie)? I hate Edinburgh more the more I hear about it.
 
I wish I could go in at the back of 2 when I felt like it, I'd be told to leave instantly and not come back as I'm not even a proper employee just a agency worker with no real contract or rights. A new law is being introduced in a couple of months saying that agency staff have to get the same wages, benefits and treatment as normal staff (how that could ever work is beyond me as there'd be no need for agency staff the whole idea is they pay us fuck all to save the company money) but my agency is apparently the worst offender in the UK and have managed to avoid it (nae surprise) so we're getting fuck all except being made to do 2 jobs at the same time for minimum wage whilst other folk working next to us get paid a load more than us an hour, loads of benefits and paid holidays, sick days etc and only have to do 1 job at a time, most of them only work, by choice, 2 or 3 days a week too. It's a fucking joke. I hate the place. I didn't really know how to do my first job, I certainly don't know how to do this second one. Nor do I care to find out.

£350 cashed into the bank from online ventures today, another £200 cheque being sent out tomorrow and £200 the 2 following Tuesdays after that with more to come hopefully. Hardly even got time to spend on it, got limited computer access, maybe spent a couple hours at the weekend max, I should really be jacking my shitty job in and focusing on this but no doubt if I quit the whole thing would go tits up tomorrow.
 
That's pish man, there's folk doing my job getting paid more than me (once upon a time there was this magical thing called pay progression where you actually got wage rises for being decent at your job or just being there for a few years, they've fucked that right out the window now though) but they don't get paid that much more, extra 1 or 2k a year. The one good thing about my job is I can only be sacked if I actually put considerable effort in to it or did something outrageous like tell someone on the phone that they are a total cunt.

Agencies are fucking notorious for being shite at everything. Anyone that phones my work & has worked for an agency in the past they've usually cunted something, either not told us that person has left (even 3 years later) or not even told us that they've started working there. You also get rockets who are signed up to like 10 agencies & never asked to be taken off the books, so to us it looks like they have 10 current employers at the same time.
