start low at first, take 30mg a few times and see how that feels for you, my sweet spot at the moment is about 50-60mg then redosing with about 70mg a bit later on.

Yeah, a ton better than regular tramadol, all the good things about tramadol without the not so good things, It is one of the things that tramadol metabolises to in your body, the best part. might have to get some more inside me again today, just had some food so I might wait for that to settle first.
