In case anyone was hoping to get some of that sack of rotten meat- I'm sorry to say that I have disposed of it. Thing was blowing up like a frickin helium balloon.

Get your self some Nytol mate, its an antihistamine so you'd be killing 2 birds with one stone, I find Piriton makes me really drowsey as well if i double up the dose.

Morning!! 5.30 wake up..not good, have skinned up a spliff but feel if i smoke it all i wont wake up at half 7 :\ might have to ride this one out:(
 
Good morning EADD.

Would've popped in earlier but I was dying on my bed for a while, then had to come into work. Nothing like getting chucked about by public transport to grasp the metaphorical nettle of your hangover.

Just is for me, gettin my benzo script is a large factor in this. Not so i can go nuts but wednesdays are a nightmare and i get terrible anxiety.
All this is fine by 9.30 on thursday , this has been the case for 7/8 years its more of a releif than anything. Just means i can function properly untill say next tuesday.
Mind you Sundays are a nightmare as well cos i get paid on monday so i get stupid anxious about that as well.
Its all to do with mental health really , nowt to do with the weekend . i stopped bothering with them years ago.
The only good thing about em 4 me is that more of my freinds are about.
 
Oh nice on getting you script, shame there is not enough to last the week! Will the not give you and more? My doc finally gave me some zopiclone as I been fight with insomnia for years, well not years but since I came of gear!

You still off the rock brimz? What benzo script you on?

Heavy rainfall over night here. Thought i had a job interview today but it's not til next tuesday.

Cant afford to get wasted this weekend in more ways than one so looks like i'll have to find some sober entertainment! :)

After being on daily benzos for so long do you still get foggy memory from them?

Yes i am off the Rock thanks.
30mg diaz daily n 17.5mg nitrazepam liqiud daily.
This script has been ongoing for the last 15 years , and has reduceded from 120mg of diaz aday n 40ml of temazepam 10mg in 5ml linctus ,
@ Smokes blunts , no i don't get any foggyness at all, i just maintain.
Because i've reduced so much over the years i'm not allowed to go back up , a good thing really.

I see. It's cool you have doctors that let you taper and don't kick you off the meds! Are you hoping to get it lower?
 
I was thinking today was gonna be a shit day but I was just going through all the shit in my old car and found a few subbies, I no longer have an opiate tolerance, so all is good! Might throw a couple of zopiclone into the mix and see what happens!
 
oh man, what a fucking day, anyone who works in east london will know what i mean..its a fucking SAUNA!!! ahh so glad to be home, time to get ye ol' bong out and maybe pop to tescunts and get a beer, one mind you, not quite friday yet :P
