Depends on the quality of the piss and the vigour in your stream, though it's difficult to judge over a webcam. Watersports are a participating rather than a spectating affair.

A good old 3 leg eater of Frosty Ju-Ju. The sort of cargo that only ever gets bought when you're outside the shop in the morning waiting for booze o'clock still out your dial from the night before. It's always rotten, yet always seems like a good idea at the time.

Morning EADDers.

Celebrated an unbroken week completely away from the booze by not drinking yet again. Left the benzos alone too. So I'm high on a mixture of a recovering body, improving skin and just that little bit of smugness. On top of what smugness was already there.

Just a spliff and some tea after toast and juice. Wednesday already. Mind how you go...

i've got beautifull tanned holiday skin , but 4 some reason i could absolutley murder a can of spesh.
..
if my smack man don't turn on soon i may have 2 get a brew n have a lorazepam or 2
then i'll be short 2£ for the smack oh decsions decsions

i was lucky cos it was pissin with rain n couldn't be fuked with the shop so gave s man another bell n bingo he's gonna come v close so i don't have 2 get wet either.

Each day brings wave after wave of rain clouds here, relentles. My friends cat just had a litter of kittens so I am considering taking one as a pet. Have to talk it over with the dog first though !

Forth - Just back from the docs, told her about my drinking and it feels like there's not much she can do for me anymore. Might need to go to the drug teams again but dunno what they can do either.
I was asked the question "Can you think how long it's been since you've not taken anything?"... I think that often and it's been well over 7 years.

So yea, feel like she's just at the end of her help-rope for me understandably. C'est la vie..
 
congrats sam that is really good!!!

lol think i've taken it over where you left off.....

just got back frmo the gym. can't believe how unfit i've got in such a short length of time and the mirrors in the changing room are just evil. but it did make me hungry enough to get a massive falafel baguette which is good.
