It's probably best then to try and keep yourself out of it. Don't be getting yourself in shit for someone who obviously isn't listening and is going to drag you into even bigger problems. You've done all you can, unfortunately with some people these things are inevitable and unavoidable and despite all efforts nothing can be done - so ensure that you aren't blaming yourself for it. :)

I've seen people go through some weird phases like this, but the majority come through fine. Breaks always help, but there are those who don't listen and slowly (but to those who frequently see them - noticeably) get worse.
 
Can't sleep, keep getting hypnic jerks which keep jolting me awake again just as I am about to enter sleep.

Need to try and stop thinking about it though as anxiety and stress can just make them occur more frequently. I have taken 2mg of xanax and 10mg of diazepam but am still getting them.

Might go get a mug of warm milk then come back to bed and try again. I don't mind being awake when I choose to because I am taking drugs, but being forced to be awake when I am trying to sleep is just unfair. Maybe it is karma for using it as one of my excuses for being off work these last two days :\

Why can't mental people be helped from hurting themselves/others unless something ridiculous happens first?

Cornish, if he's stealing cars and generally running riot, I am sure mental health teams would consider him to be a danger to himself and others and section him? Is he under the care of a mental health team? If so they need to see him and hear what's been going on pronto, otherwise his GP can arrange a mental health act assessment..

There are sposed to be measures in place to keep someone detained and safe before something ridiculous happens - they need to be a risk to themselves or others but it sounds like he definitely is.

yep. absolutely insane. i get my sample tenancy agreements from a place focused on tenants rights and standard terms are: no one else lives in your room, no one else gets keys. so no, she wont be here long, agreement will be til end of sept. i'm prob gonna be a bitch and serve her a fortnights notice after shes paid septembers rent, would even out for the fortnight he's lived here free. no use beforehand as i'm away for so long in the meantime and its a lot of money.

one of them also left the hot tap on all night and their bedroom window open. not the done thing round here really.

morning all. hope everyones well. or at least not being royally taken the piss out of. i have a meeting with my care coordinator later. not really looking forward to it.

^ chemist sounds like a good place to be going in that case, they should be able to make sure you're doing the best thing for your burn too.

ugh i wish i didn't get so angry about stuff. i don't like being totally riled up, angry and ranting in front of my care coordinator. i know thats what she's there to put up with but she must think i'm a total retard/give the psychiatrist, when i eventually see him, fuck knows when that will be, any more reason to put me on some brainfucking shite. have come to the conclusion i'm just majorly stressed.
 
morning guys :) nice day here, not to hot but the sun is shining. Ate far too much pregabalin last night i woke up still quite high from it. Hopefully will be doing some 4-fa tonight :)
 
Witch hazel i used 4 the burn although really i shoulda put it under cold water 4 10 mins sraight away but i'd jus got up n my head wasn't workin proper.
 
Damn telly service and internet has been down in my area since Monday. Finally back up and running.

Was running out of crap on my PC to watch / do.

Hopefully it wont cut out again.
 
morning all how people doing this fine sunny morning.
you dont see me much here week days.off work today as it is my little boys 1st birthday.

poxy boss fcuked up paying us this month so not getting paid till tomorrow.
normal payday is the 25/26th of the month.as it stands i got -5euro in the bank.
just tore the house and car apart and so far found 53euro - 1 bag of weed-2 bits of hash-2 purple diamonds and a small bag of white powder and a pair of sun glasses.
 
Result Bogman! Wish I could find all that tearing up my house. Sadly I've emptied my house of all possible money already and wouldn't have any of that other stuff anyway.

I wanna live with you in your magic house.
 
Bogman, you really have to come and help tidy my place. I might find my vial of 2 C-B that way. It's only been missing three months or so.

Finding drugs is the best thing that can happen besides finding money and drugs. Nice work. :)

Watch your burn Brimz! If skin is intact best left open to the air, if skin's broken I'd ask pharmacist for the best covering (you want something that won't stick to the burn 8o )

Am sure it'll be okay tho, you might get a scar but chicks dig scars ;) haha

Was a glorious morning here too but clouding over a bit now, boo...
 
The clouds are quite heavy here. Started out bright and sunny, put some laundry on the line about 6:45 then by 7:30 it was cloudy. Had to pull them in when it started to rain heavily. Damn rain, they were nearly dry too.

Just got back from the docs (not my regular) who liked to point out I have a lot of pain inside me, which I already know about - I just like to avoid it and hope it'll fuck off ;)

its only 17c here (just south of london), what i prefer :)

Counted up my pennies, i have 4.50, whats the best alcohol i could buy for that which would get me mildly drunk :p ? (if my 4fa arrives)
