Love a good storm, been enjoying some torrential rain here. Got a perfect viewing platform from my roof terrace-thingy!

I remember here we had a storm that lasted from about 10pm one night all the way through till about 8am -9am the next day , i was up all night but not cos of the noise , because i couldnt stop watching for more lightning !!

I love it , its awesome to watch, the best lightning i have seen was in Majorca , they have nuts lightning campared to us
 
It's addictive isn't it.. I love being outside in it but having somewhere cosy to get warm and dry afterwards :)

Been in a tent in a lightnng storm, that's a bit scary..
 
Thats even better .. i love hearing the rain batter against the side of the tent but you are inside kept nice and dry while smoking a joint =D
 
I can imagine!

Smackcraft, smoking in tents sounds like a recipe for disaster to me!! I get a bit lazy at festivals but always make sure I'm in the porch and relatively sober if I do it..

Tripping watching lightning would be pretty awesome :D
 
Oh me and my mates used to hot tub our tents.. we used to just camp around the neighbor hood

We would pitch several tents in different areas all over our neighbor hood throughout the summer and at the weekend when we were on E's depending which area we were in pick one to chill out in at the end of the night , was ace !

Been a while since I did anything in a tent :| I'm all 4 star easy on the ole bones these days :D Going to Rome next weekend and luxury is a must =D

I only really camp at festivals now.. quite fancy a luxurious holiday somewhere, my mates went to the Gambia and had a wonderful time on a pretty tight budget. Sunshine, lovely people and somewhere a little bit different - sounds ace!

I fancy Barcelona sometime soonish if I can get the money together, ever since doing an A-level art project on Gaudi I've been desperate to visit. Rome sounds good too, I'd eat soooo much good food..
 
Is it wrong that I have never camped in my whole life? I like home comforts too much!
 
I love camping too, had many happy times with my boys with bikes n' tent on the road all over the highlands %) Luxury hotel have their place but they aint be the all.

Both of us have always wanted to see the sites of Rome, flights there are easy for us via Ryanair so off we go. I'm not into religion one bit but want to suck the man off in front of the pope 8o

Me and my mates are going camping tomorrow, hope the weather holds out for us, would be cool to get a storm like we had tonight though!
 
camping is great when getting beauted or baked anything harder and you just wake up and want to die, as its more than likely freezing cold and pissing down with rain.

Rome is cool but the Vatican is shite btw, boring as fuck. You're gonna go anyway like but you've been warned. By the time I reached the sistine chapel I couldn't give a fuck, it was just another one of many paintings on the roof. Coupled with the fact the noise nazis are "Sssshhh-ing" at you all the time and going daft if you dare to take a pic it's all about tedious. Coliseum was great though and Rome in general is great for wandering around, so many historic buildings and ruins everywhere. Good night life and food too.

Ninight EADD, man snoring on sofa and my comfy bed is calling. Meant to go ages ago but kept getting distracted!
