basicly a few things to make quitting gbl less painfull, and i needed them to arrive today as tommorow my mum will be about and is nosey around my post :!

Got back from the doc's earlier and I've swapped my Temazepam for Nitrazepam (5 or 10mg a night) and I'm hoping the longer half-life will help me not want to take my Diazepam too soon when I wake up :)
So yes, as long as I don't take 30mg again and punch a hole in a wall, things should be good =D
If not I've said that I'll go back in a couple of weeks with a list of other hypnotic Benzos and see what she says :)

Just grabbed a couple of bags, had a few smokes and now I'm off to do housework... w00p :|

Speaking of benzos, my ex came to pick up a book yesterday evening. By the time she called to say she was on her way I'd already had a few beers, some tramadol and some diaz and had just necked a mazzie. I was in fine form when she arrived but things went quickly downhill, as you can imagine.

Still, I'm impressed that I managed to let her out of my house, use the bathroom and roll a joint without suffering any injuries whatsoever. How 'bout that?

I'm hoping the latter Sam =D If I don't act stupidly I think things will be alright :) Just not taking them during the day for a start! And not in doses larger than 10mg ;)

Think yourself lucky, they are ruining the lives of myself and my colleagues.

They are deliberately runnning the Postal service into the ground to devalue it to zero so is ripe for privatisation.

RM made good profits over ALL 4 of its sectors last year, the new business plan has haemorraged cash in planning, and capital investment.

Wow, you just woke up? Lazy bastard ;)

I just got home from work, been quite a long day, worrying about my sis and all. Her op was delayed and she didn't even get into the theatre until about 3pm when it was scheduled for 8am, can't imagine how stressful and frustrating that must have been for her. She is still in there now, waiting for some news from my dad as to how it went. I keep getting horrible negative thoughts of the worst :( They just keep popping in my head. I know deep down though that it will all be fine. Is just quite stressful when I keep getting thoughts like "She is dead" and stuff :(

You waking up late gives me a chance to win the most posts in the gibberings thread competition that I have invented and want to win though 8)

Need to go do some laundry today, have about 2 weeks worth built up, was payday today so can finally afford to do it. I miss having a washing machine.
 
I'm trying to get to 6,000 posts before the end of tomorrow, lol. I was about 200 short of 6,000 at the weekend I think. Been posting like a maniac, most of them in here.

It is the 5-a-side night at the gym tonight but I have been "politely asked" to not play today because it is against the best team in the league who have one player who plays semi professional football at the weekends for a decent non league team, our team have borrowed two players that play non league too but in a lower division so I am not needed.

Will probably turn up at half time to see how they are doing though and then join them in the bar after for a few drinks :) Part of my wants them to lose so I can say/think (haha, even with your extra good players you still lost), but I also want them to win so we have a chance of winning the league.
 
Had a visit from the oxy fairy. This is very good news indeed.

Only problem is I have a dilemma. I'm waiting for my weed dealer, see, and he's notoriously tardy.

Do I dose now and risk being a gouching mess once he arrives, or do I leave it till he's been (possibly quite a while) and give myself less time to enjoy the oxy before retiring to bed ready to go to work and be a model citizen tomorrow?

Hate them at times, but love them too. Their customer service isn't as helpful as it appears to be (i.e they say they will sort a problem and wont) and unfortunately the people at the desks here aren't too clued up with things (they even admit it) if you have a problem.
