Afternoon EADD. Hope everyone is well this fine sunny Friday afternoon.

Think I'm gonna have my lunch then have a nice hot bath. Bliss.
 
OOoh it's sunny here. Not a single cloud in the sky.

Oddly enough that ticks me off because I really wanted some snow. Weather reports say it's supposed to snow in the south east. SE is not where I be, so I'll have to suffer the sunny skies.
 
I spoke too soon... bright blue skies here now.

You could always try a rain dance. I'm not sure it was meant for use in temperate climates like ours... so you might get lucky and get snow instead :D
 
ha ha ha! I could see me out there doing a rain dance in my front garden wearing my slippers and housecoat.

Here come the men in white coats. Take me away boys I'm all yours and it's been a long time coming!

i just wanted to sleep in....

But here I am, Up. And the stinker is I woke up naturally. I just wanna go back to sleep. Will try again later.
 
^ tis bollocks. just spent the last 4 hours failing to go back to sleep. damn body clock. gonna be a caffeine heavy day i feel. would be drinking tea right now but there is a cat on my lap and i can't bear to move her.
 
Am also awake... but was quite a while since I slept and will no doubt enjoy an early night later. Probably will involve at least one mug of cocoa too. But currently involves finishing this litre of voddy cos I also can't be arsed making tea. No cat though. Cats are probably better than voddy on balance. But is a close run thing sometimes.
 
the cat has now moved and i'm still not out of bed, it seems i'm just lazy... got a party later on so no early night for me. should be a goodun, though its fancy dress so will need to drink through the feeling like a total knob stage.
 
Day-umm. I do believe I'm getting kinda tired. Afternoon nap may be in order. Have me slippers on already. So maybe a pipe would be in order? Elven tobacco, naturally. Cancer and all that. But may just squeeze in a fag first. And maybe a ciggie too.
 
I remember I went out in fancy dress once as an Arab - long white gown and tea towel type thing on the head. From the fancy dress shop so it was a legit Arab costume.

Was in the toilet of the club we were in and some guy came up to me giving it all the terrorist chat "Oh please don't blow me up you terrorist" etc etc... I'm guessing he knew I was in fancy dress and decided to have a joke.

Another guy however didn't realise I was in fancy dress (it was for a mates B'day and not Halloween so there weren't many folk in costumes) and came up and apologised for the disgrace of his fellow countryman, told me that not all English people are such knobs and so disrespectful of other peoples cultures. He then hoped I enjoyed the rest of my stay in England and didn't encounter any other racists.

I guess he didn't realise that I wasn't Arab, looked nothing like an Arab, had pupils like the moon and a pretty impressive disco jaw.

I didn't have the heart to tell him the truth, so I thanked him for his kind words and headed back out to rave with Fred Flintstone and Scooby Doo.

Pipe and smoking jacket all the way. Rollie and dressing gown for me, hehe :)

Need to tidy flat as we have important visitor arriving imminently but had some DHC as a pick me up and it has not picked me up at all, rather glued me to the sofa 8)
 
I dreamt I finished painting my living room wall, so I think I might do that today, if I can find some motivation and the paints still decent. I had a night of pure insomnia, literally saw every hour on the clock again and didn't sleep til 7am, I should just have got out of bed. It's mos def a morning for two coffee's in a row.

What's with the weather?? It's -1°C here in Bristol, my flat is like ice and I can't stop shivering. It's a warm 3°C in Newcastle. The south's meant to be softer and warmer!
