Dan I had an incubus thing going on for about a week. I read somewhere that saying a few sincere Hail Marys before you go to sleep clears them off. I'm not a catholic but the prayers worked :)

Nah i only feel a spirit/presence in the room when im stuck in sleep paralysis, which isnt often these days. its just my brain doing some trickery
