It's being budgeted as much as poss, but it's hard. Esp when the weather's so hot and the beach beckons.

No, we'd discussed doing that prior to her even posting. That post just underlined why we did it.

People know the procedure for complaints, so it's pointless having a thread which is seemingly dedicated to it. Anybody with a problem can contact the senior mods. Any attempt to pollute the forum with more of this tired old bullshit will be met with infractions.

It's hardly a pleasant way to deal with things, but everybody knows the score.
