^I wouldn't believe it unless I knew plenty of people in senior positions with such a warped mindset. The scum really does rise to the top, there's no getting round it. Shit one dude - hope your lad's ok now.

Edit @ Dread Calm

you ought to stop posting so often

Makes it go further? I've only come across people smoking pure grass joints a couple of times and my first thought was they must have money to burn or their grass must be cheap.

Even when I used to grow it and had it comin out me ears I mixed it with baccy, not a lot mind, I found it burned better, stayed lit better, more satisfying toke...etc, and pure weed spliffs were just too strong, 3 or 4 puffs enough.....

I like a smoke to last....

Aye he's at risk of getting recognised.

True. Relight, relight, relight. Then tweezers for the roach. A lot of hassle plus you look like an American hippie.

Why not just smoke pure weed? I can't understand why people need to mix it with something.

Basically what knock said... Although my name is Mr SB, blunts are a rarity and when I do smoke them I put at least an 8th if not 1/4 of a few different strains and a bit of hash into a proper blunt skin which is tobacco any way. I could just smoke 1 blunt with a g or two in it, but it would be like 3 tokes, put it down and wait 30-60 mins, have another 3 toke from it, repeat. When really what I want is to be able to smoke spliff after spliff after spliff, so that i'm pretty much smoking a full one with say 1/4-1/3 of a g in each every 30 mins. But it doesn't really matter any way now that i'm used to my vaporiser. It's a different high, more mellow, slower onset, but I actually prefer it now. Especially for bed.

I pretty much agree with Spade. I don't want to become tied down working a 9-5 job that's completely meaningless because modern society reckons it's exactly what I should be doing.
EDIT: Of course, if my "life plans" don't go even slightly as well as I hope, then I guess I'll just have to. I'm not quite like Spade with the idea of 5-6 months of traveling. I'm a sucker for routine.
I'd quite like to start into the making money online stuff someday, or soon, even, but I don't really know where to start.
Googling it brings up a ridiculous number of sites that just scream scam.

Oh, and the drug fairy landed this morning. 4-AcO-DMT and aMT are two of the oddest smelling chemicals I've ever encountered.
Can't wait to try the 4-AcO again, been about a year. I only really got the aMT 'cause I've seen people on here sing its praises. :D

^agreed, its gotta be the only way. My MD is such a fuckin loser, the only thing she has in life is her job and its the only thing she cares about. So much so that when my little boy was in hospital for longer than we expected she moaned at me for staying with him and not coming back to work, and even said...... Get this...... "i think you need to have a good think about where your priorities lie". That is the gods honest truth, that's how blind to real life some jobsworth cunts can become.

People like that deserve to be shot. When we're on our death beds are we going to look back fondly on all the time spent at the office. I think not so we better spend our lives doing things that are worthwhile and enjoyable.

My uncle had the same attitude. He ended up going to live in Goa for like a decade. He'd do a bbq on the beach for a few hours twice a week, sell food to tourists at western prices (we're talking like selling a bit of chicken for the amount it cost him to eat for a week), and then just before monsoon season go and help with the hash harvesting in the north and get paid in hash to smoke throughout the monsoon til the tourists came back :D He died a while ago though. Didn't leave a will or nothing, even though he owned an apartment in Goa. So there's quite possibly just an empty apartment, or most likely an apartment being inhabited by whoever realised it was unclaimed for an extended period lol.

Sounds good. Don't have spare keys do you? ;)

It's really your responsibility to prove your way of doing things is feasible rather than always bouncing home to sponge off your mum. Until you do that, she's going to think you're a dick.

If your idea of making money online doesn't involve actually doing something useful, she's right!

You're a dick.

If I had a job would I be doing 'something useful'? No. I'd just be working for some cunt who was paying me shit money whilst they got rich. My old dear banging on about getting a job is a bit of a contradiction anyway, if I get a job my current lifestyle WILL continue as there's no way I'm going to get a job, stick at it, move out into a flat in this shitty city and live happily ever after so it's in everyone's best interest that I start earning money for myself.

I've been to uni, have an honours degree, waste of paper. Don't regret uni at all, amazing fun, but my degree is useless. Not funding another 4 years out of my own pocket to get some more pieces of paper. The only thing I want to do is have my own online income sources so I can work and travel at the same time and move on whenever I feel like it. A 'regular' job isn't going to work for me long term.

All kinds of jobs involve doing something useful. Brickies do useful work as do janitors, teachers, nurses, doctors (sometimes), I don't need to spell it out do I?

I just wonder where the money is going to come from if you're not doing something that other people will appreciate, i.e. be willing to part with hard-earned cash for.

PS I'm not in favour of jobs, but I'm even less in favour of scams which cost everyone else!

How come you didn't pursue a passion that pays?
If you don't mind me asking what honours degree do you have?

degrees have become badly devalued over the last 20 years or so....everyone has one now, there are too many graduates looking for work.

The whole idea of making degrees accessible to more people was to create more of a meritocracy, but sadly your degree is now only valued if you've been to one of the "top" (established, oldskool, elitist) unis, and you only get into them if you're from the "right" background. obviously there are a few exceptions.

I went to a redbrick, and turned down a better uni than that because that uni seemed boring :sus:

I would personally like to thank labour for making university degrees into toilet paper though.

Spade doesn't speak Scottish though, Dundonian is a language to itself. Circles, no affy weel, affy no weel, etc. None of it makes sense to anyone outside Dundee.

Dire straights money for nothing blaring and a cheeky whiskey! 12 days off it i deserve a cheeky couple :D
