I quite fancy the barmaid there actually, have chatted her up before, she works part time at my other job too, shame she has a boyfriend at the moment though, but we have a laugh at work and when I'm at the pub.
 
Yeah just book a table at a restaurant on a saturday night and keep knocking on doors of 1 bed flats til you eventually hit a lonely single woman and pretend you have been stood up by someone who pretended to live there, but would they like to come? Bingo :) lol.

Do what Spadey said and get down there by yoursen. Feel a bit weird at first but you'll end up in some bother or other. Last (and first) time I did it was after a row with my mate's BF and I did one to avoid a riot. Ended up meeting these two awesome lads in my adopted local. Took em back to my mate's once I figured shit would be cool and sure enuff all was fine with the BF, me and him made up and we're all sat singing and playing guitar til mate mentions this bloke who'd been after me and it turns out he was one of the lads' brother in laws.

So yeah definitely go do that Mugz and then report back :D
 
Bit slow in here tonight. Totally bored. Can't wait till I have some cash so I can get out and about. Nothing decent on TV and no films I fancy on Film 4 tonight. It's pish like.
 
4-AcO-DMT and Mephedrone seem to have a wee bit of synergy, unlike LSD where it just completely cut out the trip, for me.

I decided to move ninto the living room, there is a fan here and it is extremely hot in my room so it's perfect, easy access to the fridge too for more beer :)

I won $1 playing a freeroll poker game so am going to use that to enter 4 25c games and see if I can build up something from nothing.

I couldnt post for about an hour because i was having a nice chat with two of my housemates who stumbled in the living room whilst I was in here, so just did the poker game.

What's everyone up to?

I stayed in in the living room, I might venture to the pub tomorrow for a bit though on my own.

online and at college, we used to skip classes and pay for copper and silvers in the refectory for hours on end, was great fun, then after college we would meet up at friends houses and play all evening. Was a bit of an addiction for all of us friends.

Do you talk much to your house mates Mugz? Do you guys ever socialise with each other?

You should go to the boozer tomorrow, just park yourself up at the bar and drink your pint, no one will know you are there alone. Chat to anyone who comes up to the bar for a pint.
 
Probably will to be honest, althought there is a poker freeroll on tomorrow at the pool club that I enjoy going to too, no entrance fee and winner gets £100, came 4th once, all I would pay for are drinks, unlikely to meet birds there though.
 
I reckon the harder you try to meet a bird the less likely it will happen. If you want to go play poker just do it.

Getting a bird isn't going to magically solve all your problems and make you happy anyway.

Aye, the "rush". The adrenaline and dopamine spike when you win a fairly large pot.

And I agree with Spade, go out tomorrow night to a pub and have a few pints :)

I know them well enough to call them friends, well two or three of them maybe out of the 5, we have been out to the pub many times nad had some house parties too, they are all coupled up at the mo so I doubt I could get a wingman situation, still should be fun if we go out.

I'm most likely goona pub it up at the pool hool and do the poker too.
