takes time and understanding and reflection and being able to contextualise and separate behaviour. some apects you can't speculate about until you've experienced them when it comes to modding. takes being exposed to a range of situations before you can get the opportunity to sit back and reflect and learn from them

it takes a developed skill. generic university wont cover it

the university of (mod) life will, however

to be good it takes intrinsic understanding of people Spade, people you can't just pay or buy off ;p

For the record I have been a moderator here since 1st July, you may think it seems longer but I can assure you it feels like longer to me.

Both Sam and Atm have been sporting militaristic avatars.. That may have been asking for trouble .

I think Atms going to make a good job of it btw... I'm sure hes learnt a lot from the recent fracas.8(



Edit: I'm sure many people would like to see Spade find God. It might help if I bludgeon him to death with a vicar.

That's very kind Ms Yellow, we live we learnt and hopefully we grow:) I'm not afraid of being wrong or admitting so neither I am afriad of being unpopular for doing what I believe to be correct. Bollox to popularity, it doesn't suit me anyway.

As for the avatars, I believe you will find that Sam's is an occult symbol although you would have to ask him about it, I have had a few of late the current one is more of a reference to my younger years as it was adopted by a local sound system, I am not really a man of politricks;)

Oh ok atm I assumed* sams avatar was a variation on a swastica. I thought he was doing Nazi and you were doing Communist. Left and Right wing... thats what the red army star was about.. I read too much in to things perhaps.

Spade i've been at loggerheads with Sam and Marmz for ... phwerrr.. bloody ages. Marmalade and I have stopped arguing.. hopefully for good. I dont know if I'll ever get on with Sam.
