Never done this drug before, would it be worth it to rail it?
Also, is 200mgs enough for a mild high?

Decided to go the oral route after some reading, is 200mgs a good moderate ammount?

yes. This is a pretty basic question, so I'll kick it over to BDD.

If you haven't done tramadol ever... I would start with 50 or 100mgs. I have known *many* people to get floored by taking too many because of the combined mu opiod and snri activity. Personally, the first time I got prescribed them, about when they came out, I was all like, oh fuck this, I didn't even get opies and ate like 4 or 5 (of the 50mgs) well I was in college at the time and had to go to my 5 hour long lab of which I remember about 20 minutes. The teacher woke me up at the end and let me know that I looked too wiped out to wake up. FML.

Yeah i'd say 200 is a bit much for your first time. try 100. Also be careful with tramadol because if you take too much it could cause seizures, but I'm pretty sure that usually doesnt occur unless you are taking like over 400mg.

I ended up taking 300mgs (spread out) along with 3 or 4mgs of xanax. Not bad glad I tried it.

Don't insufflate tramadol as it is pointless, painful and tastes disgusting.. oral all the way.

Be wary of the seizure potential - stay below 400mg/day and be especially careful if you are taking other drugs which can potentially lower the seizure threshold. The seizure risk is very real and seizure potential varies wildly from individual to individual.

Some people find tramadol great, some don't, some get knocked out! As mu said, as well as having opioid properties it is also a SNRI (affects serotinergic and noradrenergic systems in your brain in a similar manner to the antidepressant venlafaxine and othes) and as mentioned increased your risk of seizures - it's a complex drug and not one to be treated lightly despite it's often mild opioid effects.

There have been a lot of threads on this in here lately - I don't think we need another long discussion about it so am going to close it. OP, if you disagree shoot me a pm..
