Race that you are most sexually attracted to?

i'm not going to pretend to be an anthropologist or whatever, but i was clearly talking about race, which is defined as "genetically divergent human populations that can be marked by common phenotypic traits". I'm saying race is not the same thing as ethnicity. You are using race and ethnicity/nationality interchangeably, which is not correct.

please do some basic preliminary research before you pretend to know what you're talking about

I hate it how people these days can try to get away with simply reading two sentences into a wikipedia article and then attempt to belittle another person in order to try and win ego points in a discussion.
Snideness is a dime a dozen these days.

I'ts biology. A child cannot live in two enviorements on the same time and life tries to adapt to the enviorement it is in. Just forget that absurd "have the most anti-bodies" stuff...

Dito. There are also sub-types to every race.

I like brown haired caucasian women with big brown eyes that look as much as Ellen Page as possible.

Don't like the nordic/blonde type for some reason.

I also find Japanese women with big brown eyes (without the yelowish hue) to my liking.

The darker the berry, the sweeter the juice :)

I lust indiscriminate of race actually. But darker skin perks me up for sure ;)

No offense, but you're an idiot too. Both of you could have escaped my "snideness" if you had simply read the thread. All I'm saying is that people are confusing ethnicity/nationality and race. It was a simple point, then she got all self-righteous for no reason, and then you had to chime in.

I'm biracial....italian, slovak, native american and african american. Anyways I tend to be more into white guys. I will pretty much be attracted to anyone though if you fit into what I like. I also think hispanic/latino guys are sexy for some reason. Probably because of some of their voices especially when they talk spanish.

Everyone, a reminder to please stay on topic. Any further off-topic discussion will be removed.

Thank you.

I'm a white guy and a lover of all races.

For a few years I went through a whole asian stage at ticked off a whole lot of boxes from the different countries in asia.

My current girlfriend is a white girl from Alabama, but she has quite dark features: dark brown eyes, black hair, olive skin. i've always been a sucker for olive skined brunettes.

So I typically like girls that fit this profile. Australia doesn't typically have many hispanic women but I find them very sexy. Love the accent too. Middle eastern women are smoking hot too. I've been lucky enough to date a Persian woman for a short time, and I think they are amongst the hottest in the middle east.

Ch00n-No, it is you who is in need of schooling for thinking that race isn't a subjective phenomenon (or at least a phenomenon with lots of differing views), and coming across as narrow minded in the process. You say something that is going to be inevtitably met with doubt, then respond to such doubt unconvincingly and somewhat rudely. It deserved to be called out. I'm sorry that you had trouble coping with the situation.
It's not like we're talking about an officially recognized taxonomy groups like species, genus, phylum etc. It's not a real biological term, strictly speaking. And the idea that it is is an artifact of anthropocentric attitudes in the 1800's. Your idea of races being distinct entities with hard boundries is an old one that went out of fashion with the idea of eugenics. Ask a Brazillian how many races there are, then ask an America. The answers would be very different because Brazillians recognize dozens of distinct races within their own country. Who's to say their wrong? As long as the bare minimum of "genetic variation and phenotypic differences" is met it's fair game.
Phenotypic and genetic differences exist within every single human being, the ones we choose to focus our importance on is arbitrary and almost entirely based on geography, nationality, and culture. boom

I'd give anyone in the human species a fair shot. I like variety. But I'm always going for the race that is most opposite of mine for some reason. Hmm?

I guess it's not race, but I LOOOVE some Eastern-Europeans. Russian chicks whoa. Guess they count as caucasian...but all women are beautiful in their own ways:)

I tend to go for white guys. Probably because I'm a white girl. And I have grown up in a very white village all through elementary school and high school. Seeing a different race just never happened. It's not like I'm racist - it's just it didn't happen. When I went off to university/college, I met people of different races and it's cool, I have all sorts of different friends now. But I guess I stick with white guys. Both my current bf and my ex bf are both white :p.

Although there is this other guy who I find incredibly hot. I'm not sure what race he is. He's dark. He is kind of small. Like taller than me but medium build - really really cute. I just know he's dark and has dark hair and everything. But he's not like REALLY black, just dark. I have no clue lol. But I am attracted to those kind of guys. For some reason they usually make me nervous though hmm

This post sounds really smart, but it's still really stupid. Because if you read my first post at all you would understand that I kind of agree with you.

Chinese / brazilian / cuban/ whatever is a nationality, duh. Hispanic / arab / whatever is an ethnicity, duh. Race is more of a biological term that is kind of defunct and out of place in the modern world. That's my opinion. A very simple, non-controversial viewpoint.

Then some ditz got all self-righteous for no reason, and you had to be her white knight in shining armor. Get over yourself.

I've always sorta been attracted more to anglo guys and persians guys. Same for women. It's not that I'm not attracted to blacks(which is my background), it's that it's a difference from me that makes it intriguing and thus sexy to me. I'd date a black if the stars aligned in the same way. I will say that biracial black is so great. I always tell my friends that I'd make a beautiful swirl baby with them :)
Being in Seattle however, I find that it's not who I'm interested in...but who's interested in me. You'd be surprised how many people don't find blacks attractive enough to date.
It's not a great feeling. :(

it seems that I'm usually attracted to latinas or my fellow Mediterranean/Eastern Euros

but any person with darker features is usually okay in my book ;)

Usually if a girl has a cool personality (sense of humor, can carry a conversation, knows how to speak up) I'll find her attractive. I really can't pick any ethnicity cause I love them all ;) I do love red heads though, haha.
