I agree but in this case I truly believe Mr. Rosenberg and the rest of the DEA are indeed informed that marijuana and other Schedule I drugs do have medicinal uses and are simply parroting the company's heretofore talking points. They know it is not in the agency's best interest to see cannabis rescheduled.
