Well i started smokin cigarettes about 4 or 5 months ago, it's turned into a pretty regular habbit, and id like to quit before it goes too far, I know since ive only been smokin for a short time, It wouldnt be *too* tough to leave them behind, what im wondering is should i just quit and tough it out, or should i maybe go with the patch and just use step one or something, anyone done the same?
Any advice is appreciated

Try quitting on yer own... the first couple of days are TOUGH then after that it's mental. If you can quit w/out the patch, go for it, but if u need help I hear the patch works well, I also heard about these pills you can take that make u not want to smoke, forgot what they're called. Anyway, yeah, and my other word of advice is dont fall into the "Well, just one cuz i'm partying....." cycle b/c then you will just start smoking again. Although it might not seem like it, you have to treat this addiction just like any other seri0ous addiction......
good luck
