First, congrats for your decision!
It depends, everyone is different. After you relapse the withdraws tend to be worse. Probably the first 3-4 days will be the worst. After a week it should be totally bearable.
It´ll be good if you could get some medical assistance so you can plan this well and go back to your 'normal' the soonest.
At the end it´s mostly up to you. Draft a plan B for later when you start craving and for the moments you will not be as enthusiastic as you would wish.
You know the drill so be patient if you are still tired and depressed after withdraw and maybe for a couple of months.
I´ve also quit opiates plus benzos almost 6 months ago. I´d been using it for a long time and it took more than a couple of months for me to feel better emotionally. Even in with my worst days, I feel it´s much better than when I was using.
Try to exercise as soon as you become physically okay. It´s a blessing in terms of endorphin recovery. Live in the present. Find something pleasurable to do and remember, it´s just one day at a time. You need to think about your priorities, to keep yourself busy, and get some help from a local doctor if you can. You can do this!
You´ve done it before and I believe you can do it again. You will find a lot of help here in BL, so stay tuned and welcome!
