Hey, I made you your own thread as it didn't quite fit with the one you posted it in and you will get more personalised replies this way
I'm slightly confused - are you off all opioids at the moment? How many days into Opana cold turkey are you? Neither pregabalin (Lyrica) or zolpidem is cross tolerant with opioids so you don't need to worry about that.
Lyrica is usually started at a low dose and increased up to 300mg/day for therapeutic purposes. You can develop a tolerance to it, so if you haven't had it before I probably wouldn't take much more seeing as you have already taken 225mg.. As for the zolpidem, in high doses it can cause unpleasant side effects and even hallucinations so you don't really want to go above the recommended dose..
As a more general point - do you have enough support round you to be quitting cold turkey from an 80mg oxymorphone habit?? It sounds to me that if you could sort out a taper it would make things a lot easier - ideally within a specific programme and with drugs counselling to support you. That is a very high dose to stop cold-turkey. Loperamide is your friend - get lots in, it can stop a lot of the physical withdrawal symptoms. Benzos can help with sleep and anxiety but be careful you don't end up with a benzo habit instead.. apart from that - take care of yourself, try to eat, take vitamins, exercise if you can (probably not realistic for a while, hah) and ideally have someone to take care of you.
If you need any emotional support during your withdrawals, I recommend coming over to The Dark Side forum (which covers addiction, mental health etc) - there are a lot of lovely people in there who can help you get through this.
Good luck!
