Quitting Mirtazepine and DXM usage

So, here is another question regarding how long it would take for Mirtazapine (An Antidepressant, but not an SSRI) to leave my system.

I had been on it for the better half of the year, although I did take a month off of it cold turkey with no withdrawal symptoms. I then was back on it, but tapered myself down to 22.5mg a night and then quit cold turkey roughly 16-17 days ago.

Now I am wondering if it is safe to dose DXM (My first time, was going to take 250mg)? I read that the mirtazapine should be out of your system within a week, but I'd like to get more responses to assure me. The last thing I want to happen is Serotonin Syndrome.

TLDR; been off Mirtazpine for around 16-17 days, want to dose DXM tonight. Should the Mirtazpine be out of my system by now? ( I weigh 140, 5'10. Exercise, drink lots of water, eat only fresh fruits and vegetables and a health diet overall)

Thanks Bluelighterz

Reporting back : The DXM was extraordinary. To become completely in-sync with the music, flowing down the rivers of time...seeing the beauty in the void.

17 days of waiting was well worth the trip last night. After smoking a sativa based Cannabis strain it was over. Fractals, fuzzyness, gliding through time.
