I did my last shot tonight at around 9:30 a small one so i will wake up sick.

Last itme i waited about 15 hours was in pretty bad w/e and it through me into the WORST withdrawl i have every had in my life.
after about 2 hours i couldnt take it so i went and bought dope and then kept doing it and have been scared ever since i want and need to be done

i want to start my suboxone but i dont know when to take it. how do i know forsure when its ok if i take it because i do not want to go thru what i went thru last time because it was literally the worst thing anyone could go through ever in there life. i also have xanax so it helps me wait out some of the time but doesnt help with the sweats the stomache vomiting and all that shit but i cant make it 24 hours becasue i start getting sick around 8-10 hours. i dont know what to do. Please help me.
 
you gotta be sick a a dog before you dose you sub. wait 24 hours from last dope shot and you should be safe , bro.
 
Dose in .5 mg intervals to be safe....wait about 45 mins between doses...u will be surprised at how little u need to feel better. When dosing sublingual make sure to give it a solid 45 mins to fully kick in.

U should be safe to start sub in those small indicting doses about 16-24 hours after last h dose however , if u can wait longer do it as the sub offers more relief the sicker u are...when using the sub as a short taper I always just take enough to feel better and not good if u know what I mean....don't get pulled into the draw of long term sub right off...try the taper first
 
Don't mix subs with benzos. To get through wd you only need subs.. make it a quick taper (7 days at most), so you don't get addicted also to subs... but is it subutex or subuxone? be more carefull with subuxone.. i've never used it, i don't know how long after the last heroin dose you can take it... subutex, after 12 hour, or even less, it's safe.. i think normaly the process is made initialy with subutex and then the subuxone after a couple of days... if you can get subutex it's more safe for you to take it and make a quick taper.
 
^^ Benzos sure as hell make it atlot easier. esp. on sub... jut because your left with so much craving.. (atleast that was me..)
 
How much sub did u take? How much dope do u usually do? I mean maybe u took 2mg sub and your hg habit may call for more than 2 mg sub, u know what I mean? Usually 16-24hrs is enough if u take enough sub to cover it. Some have to wait longer some less, it all depends on your body chemistry, everyone's built a little different...
 
I know PW's are a scary thought, man but you gotta think of it this way.. if you do it right the first time (induct) you'll never have to do it again and risk it. So that's why it's so important to really wait as long as you can.

You have to go by the level of withdrawal you're in, not the time period. Some people get sicker much faster than others, so for you it might only be 15 hours or whatever, or it might be longer. Hold out as long as you can, until you are sick as you can possible handle and really be honest about that with yourself. Because if you take it too early, you'll have to just go through it all again.

Use the COWS scale as a guide to gauge your level of withdrawal. Then when you're in moderate-severe withdrawal, start the sub slowly. Take 1-2mg's and wait 2 hours. You have to build it up in your system slowly when inducting. If after the 2 hours you're still sick, take another 2mg's. Depending on your habit size, you might not need much more than that? How much heroin were you doing ballpark?

Also remember that it might take a couple days for the suboxone to really start to kick in and get rid of all your symptoms so be patient with it. The larger your habit was beforehand, the harder the induction will be.
 
I dose subs 8 hours after my last use and just take tiny pieces until I feel the withdrawal subside. I have never gotten P. W/D this way.
