Yeah a clean break worked for me, I had tried a few times before just to heavily cut down or to stop for a week or two then try just having an occassional smoke - didn't work and I always just ended up in the same old heavy usage patterns. I ended up moving away from where my smoker / dealer aquaintances lived so that actually helped in that it meant nearly 100 mile round trip to get a bit of weed, helped my shaky willpower at timesSo you think it is an all or nothing kind of thing? I'm inclined to think the same, and this makes me hesitant to try and start again but with more regulation and only smoking on evenings or at weekends.
