I will try and keep this this short, but detailed enough to explain the situation.

I applied for a job on Sept 19 (Sunday night via online). I received a call back the following day to come in for an interview/drug screen. The options I was given was to choose either Wed morning, Friday morning or the following Mon. I chose Fri. I last used on the 18th so I wanted to give myself at least 5 days.

5 days later I decided to test myself and bought a drug test from Wal-Mart, and I failed the test. I was a little concerned that I wouldn't be clean the following day so I quickly called a friend with clean urine to get me a cup. Thursday evening the HR person called and rescheduled my interview for Monday morning. So instead of staying clean I opted for the opposite.....since I was now armed with clean piss.

Fast forward to Monday morning, 8:30am I stopped in route to interview and smoked a little. I had poured the clean urine in a condom and put it between my legs to stay warm while in transit. However, the urine was not needed because I was about to take my first mouth swab test.

Afterwards, assuming I flunked the test I was ask to sign a paper showing the test was negative for PCP,THC,Coke,Opiates and Meth????? Negative???? According to the paper, I passed. I am not sure if the test was somehow incorrect, or if the company doesn't want to confront the employee with the shit news and just makes them think they passed. I will hopefully find out today because they are supposed to call to schedule me in the next training class.
 
I think swab test are inaccurate from wat i have herd. You got lucky dude!! Be happy. Just remember next time that peeing in a cup is not the only way to take a drug test. Did you smoke any besides right before the interview? If not its possible that it didnt have time to get into your saliva. But on the other had you think it would right away right? Since the smoke passes threw your mouth first and all. That my 2 cents.
 
yeah, my guess is that the swab tests are pretty inaccurate, they can be messed up just by having a jolly rancher in your mouth prior to the test and stuff.

if its negative, thats cool, and I'd go buy a lottery ticket, because you got some luck.
 
I personally would leave that out. not that I'm against prostitution. I'm just kinda against the street hookers. I've paid for a blowjob from a stripper in a strip club. but I wouldn't pay for anything from a street hooker. especially a cheap one, heh.
 
I did buy a lotto ticket and won 4 bucks....anyway, back on topic. I may have spoken to soon. He was supposed to call me today for a class tomorrow but so far no call. I just called him and he said that he still hasn't received the background and motor vehicle records. Claims he will call me as soon as they clear. Surely this is not an attempt to avoid a bad situation or a way at not having the balls to tell someone to get off the jazz and then we'll hire you. The drug test paper I signed clearly showed meth-negative,coke-neg,etc..
 
You did say you smoked before you went. He could of sent it off to get more testing cuz he thought you were baked. But then again i dont think he spend the money and time on it when he can hire someone else. Maybe its all good and your just over thinking it?
 
Ha ha you stopped to smoke out ON THE WAY to your interview. Now that's willpower.

What kind of job is it? I'd like to avoid this place, thanks.
 
It was a stupid move, that I will admit. Without having the clean urine in my possession I would have never done that. Weird thing is, the test procedure actually looked advanced. He had me put the swab between my cheek and gum for one min on each side. Then he placed it in a little holder for about ten mins. Then he placed the swab inside a weird looking box and pressed a button. The box was plugged in and connected to his computer. He printed the sheet with the results for me to sign.

My mouth was so dry I do think it was even wet when I gave it back to him......which is ironic. Best way to pass mouth swab test on meth is to make sure you have no saliva in which to obtain a sample to begin with. You heard it here first ppl.
 
You know you might have named your thread something like "it's a miracle I passed the drug test" or SOMETHING that would give people who are LOOKING for drug test stories something to go on when searching. "Quick story" is pretty useless as a thread name when they should be named in a way that gives people some idea what the thread is about.

I mean how useful would blue light be to YOU if every thread were named "quick story here" or "need help with this."

You see that all the time and it doesn't help anyone.

If it was me looking for swab test threads....I would search for"swab test" You can search the entire thread and not just the title....you know that rite? Besides, there is a section for information on drug testing if someone is interested. Go play in traffic if you get a chance, appreciate it
 
Aside from your shytty thread title, did you get the job? I've heard you can make good $ at that. Most are hired as subs and get paid by the jobs completed. Not sure if it't the same in CA. If so, they may not be so worried about a little weed, most of the guys I know that do that work smoke.
