Quick San Pedro Question

So the other day I used San Pedro Preparation 5 by mjshroomer

So tonight I decided to take it with my girlfriend. I used to big pots to brew the tea for 4 hours and we both just drank 2 red cups full and I was just wondering if this should be enough to feel any effects. I did this same extraction 2 years ago with minimal effects but don't remember much of the process or how much I drank. Any help with this would be great.
 
Also I was wondering if effect are to be felt how long am I expecting to be on this ride? I cut out the white core and my girlfriend is wondering if she will purge? Thank you in advance for any advice or info anyone has on this subject.
 
I did cut up like 6 feet of it since it grows all over the place but a lot of it is still in the fridge I would have say I used atleast 2 feet. I used the same plastic containers as the pictures of the extractions shows and I used 4 of them blended up when the extraction says one of those would be a dose.
 
I haven't done such a crude extraction in a very long time but I'd say you'll be going for 12+ hours if you got all the alkaloids.

And unless you have iron stomachs, you will probably end up purging. The trip itself will take a while to manifest.
 
I remember from the first time I did this years ago I purged. I wish I was still up in Chico were my buddy as a sep. funnel so I could just get the crystal form but I had to use what I have access to. I don't mind purging but I am hopeful for some kinda effects.
 
put more work into it would be my suggestion.

it may pay off, and you will feel proud of the accomplishment, if you did a full alkaloid extraction. then you'd have a better idea of what dose you are getting, and you will have little or no waste.
