I found a bottle of MSContins from 2007; will I die if I take them?


Answer: No, they will have lost potency, but are otherwise fine.
 
Benzo equiv question.

I am a 21 year old male, weighing approx. 145lbs. I regularly take 2mg clonazepam 3 times a day. What would the equivalency of that be in diazepam? I am having a hard time reading the benzo equivalency charts.

about 40mg 3 times a day (according to that chart) which is a huge dosage, also valium has a much higher half life afaik so you'd build up a mad tolerance quickly

Why the switch?
 
Wow. I didnt realize the potency of clonazies were that strong. Not switching, just using the diazepam to potentate some codeine. I already ate my 6mg of clonazepam earlier today, and i just consumed 50mg of diazepam. Obv I wont feel much! Hah :) Thanks buds, have a good one.
 
The majority of all BDD threads could fall into this category.

I like where your heads at, but I don't think its gonna work.
 
Not to mention...what if I disagree with the above posters quick answer to the quick question? Then it turns into a discussion thread within a thread that's supposed to be quick question quick answer oriented.

The problem is, there will always be debate amongst the members of bluelight...that's just how we are and the mass amount of misinformation is absurd.

What if someone gets the wrong quick answer and overdoses? There's nothing quick about harm reduction.
 
halflife of benzo's

does anybody know the halflife of long lasting benzo's? i read once that valium has an eight day halflife.....?!?

it depends on the person but valium usually has a half-life of 48 hours...you can increase that by drinking grapefruit juice 30 minutes before taking it. not sure if that works for all benzos though.

click on the HIV drugs icon in the upper right hand corner, after it directs you to that page..scroll down all the way to the bottom and on the lower left side is an icon that says "check my meds" click on that and then it will bring you to a page where you can enter ANY kind of drugs, not just HIV drugs.
type in the drug(s) in the search box..once found double click the drug in the left hand box to transfer it to the box on the right. once you have all your drugs in there click "check interactions" and will bring them all up including interactions with food and drinks. best interaction checker

yeah wikipedia.org does have the best information on drugs..anything for that matter..you can find the half life on the right hand side on the top of the page
 
Quick is not synonymous with fast in this thread. It is rather a synonym for little or small. And perhaps this idea won't catch on, but we're trying it out first :).

I have taken a 25 mg pill (No reason for this :) -BL.) of this about thirty mins ago and think i might need a larger dose. Im just seeing if that is neccessarry, i jus dnt know the regular dose and i havent done promethazine before. only oxys/hydro... and only a few times. and also if n e one can clarify what promethazine is. i know the effects it gives you but i kno its not opiates like oxys. any info im greatful u guys are always a great help.
