Opioids Quick question

Old name and account. The question is. If someone were to of already taken 1200 mg of gabapentin 12 hours ago and 25 mg of oxy 5 hours ago and didnt get much from it and still wanted some stress relief. Would it be safer for them to take more oxy or dose with one of their favorite stress relievers Tramadol at a dose of 150-200mg. They are having a bad day and i want them to be safe. They have no family history of seizures. Thanks for any quick replies you guys might be able to provide. BTW sorry if this is in the wrong sub.
 
You should be fine, those doses are spaced out enough that someone with a small tolerance should be able to handle the extra tramadol.

Also i?d recommend staggering your tramadol doses by taking 50mg every 20-30 minutes. When you stagger the doses in this way you increase the efficiency and duration of tramadol. Plus it?ll give you a little extra time to clear more oxy and gabapentin from your system if you are still worried about them playing a factor.
 
^^ you should be fine. Don?t push it to far. If you have to use Tramadol at all, the lower the better.
