Quick question please! (potentiating Xanax with grapefruit juice)

I am drinkin approximately 250 ml (8.45 oz lol) of WGFJ to potentiate some xanax. How long do I wait before takin the benzo? Thanks so much!

About half an hour usually seems to work for me, if you drink it on an empty stomach.
