So waking up after my first experience with mdma my mouth is a bit achey, which I'm not too worried about. But I seem to have been chewing the inside of my mouth or something. The inside of my cheek is a bit mangled in a small area on either side, and I have too massive white bumps on either side of my tongue perfectly symmetrical. Anyone else get this? Easiest way to prevent it next time?

Completely normal. Chew gum to counter it. And be sure to do that, believe me when I say that you can seriously damage your teeth from grinding when rolling. I have a mate that bit a molar clean in half once. Magnesium is rumoured to help too (magnesium chelate I believe, not sure) but I have never tried that. Other than that there's not much else you can do, but again it's not your cheeks you should be worried about it's your teeth

That's what pacifiers and ring pops are for
