Quick question - ghb and tramadol

Am aware it aint a good combo

But - I'm guessing it would be totally safe to take 100mg tramadol 22 hours after the end of an evening's ghb usage, right?

I don't know for sure but the half-life of GHB is an hour so presumably there isn't much in your system after 22 hours.

I'm guessing the reason that it's "not a good combo" is that they're both CNS depressants (GABA thingy + Opioid). If that's the only concern, and the CNS effects of the GHB have ceased, then I can't imagine how it would interact with the Tramadol.

But I don't know If it was me I probably wouldn't think twice. I wouldn't think twice about taking something a day after a GBL session anyway! But that doesn't mean it's safe. Where's Shambles, he'll have done it, or decided against it.

the short halflife of gbl is so short, and tramdol is a very weak opiod, it's hardly going to depress your CNS at all mate
