hi... my friend is being held at a mental health and chemical dependancy center. he is an adult but is being held due to a recent suicide attempt. anyways, my questin is this... if i were to pick him up right after he hops the fence am at any leagal risk... if so, what if i told the cops that he lied to me and i thought he could leave any time?
