Quick question about opiates after being on suboxone

Bump up.....


I was on suboxone, but havent taken any in about 3 days. I have a 30mg oxy (known as Roxies/Blues) here. Was 3 days long enough, will I feel the effects.

P.S -- I will be an active member here, this isnt a one post question, and then im gone. This website has been very helpful to me and I will enjoy being apart of it.

Not 100% sure what the question is, but is it that you are wondering if a three day break would be enough for you to feel the effects of the oxy?

If that is the question then yes, you should feelthe oxy.

thats what i was asking, yes. i took one yesterday and dididnt feel much of anything so im hoping the one i take today should be better

OK. Well if you tried it yesterday and you felt nothing then there may be other issues here.

Do you use opiates much, as in do you have much of a general tollerance? Have you used Oxy before?

You will feel some effects but not sure if you feel the full effects i've taken codeine 2 days after taking bupe and get decent effects.....Be careful u dont go into WD's usin opiates so close together tho
 
i havent taken pain killers in 106 days. i stopped taking bupe 3 days ago so i can get a "weekend warrior" buzz off of the oxy 30mg. I used to take 2-3 a day before i started my sub treatment. but the last time i took an oxy was over 3 months ago.
 
3 days is enough time for the buprenorphine to get out of your system, but the buprenorphine will have upped your tolerance in the same way as oxycodone does. How much bupe were you on? I'd say it's likely that your tolerance is currently too high to feel 30mg oxycodone and that's why you didn't get anything from it.
 
I had been taking like 4 mgs a day and tried using 30 mgs 2 days later but ive had times when i got high the day after using subs so Im curious as to how it works for you

Umm, I've heard of split personality disorder, but I've never heard of it on a forum lmao...

I think you have made a mistake as the bit saying

Hmm...I do see what you mean now. There were a lot of double posts in this thread and I was merging them so its possible I merged your all's posts together.
