Quick question about DXM

I have never robo tripped before and I just wanted to ask a quick question about dosage.
With a gram of pure DXM ordered of the internet..
Can you go from 1 plateau to the next? Or do you have to choose which plateau you want to head for straight away? I'm not planning to go further than a lower dose of 3rd plateau..

You can find the answers you're looking for in a subjectively-slanted but very detailed trip report thread I wrote over a month ago and posted in the Trip Reports forum. For some obscure reason, some mod thought it a better idea to move the thread to the Psychedelic Drugs forum, where no one has seemed to give a shit about it since. Let me quickly say though that I think your aim of any 3rd plateau perception is way too much for a first experience. How much tripping experience do you have in general, with other drugs? Were you planning on going about this alone or with a friend? Do you have a chosen environment? Will it be safe? Meaning, is it going to be predictable and soothing (no unwanted surprises), or will it be dynamic or even chaotic (people coming in and out of the room you'll be in, people asking you questions, looking for you, etc.). These are all things to consider before any kind of substantial trip is undertaken.

Hey panda you really should ease into DXM and yes you definitely have to choose which plateau you want to hit with your dosage. Like Blues Runner said a 3rd plat trip can be pretty intense so make sure you're ready for the experience. It seems like you think the lower plateaus have nothing recreational to offer. Just try a 2nd plateau dose and listen to some music and trust me you'll like it
 
Make sure you pop a benadryl before you dose, especially if you're going to upper plateaus. Trust me, you don't want roboitch.
 
you all seem to think dxm is some sort of revelation. all thats ever happened to me was that i got really high and saw dots :S
