quick oxymorphone question

hey guys im used to taking the oxycodone 15s, ill usually break em in half, or take a couple of the 5s, no problem, i have a couple 10 mg oxymorphone extended release, im not sure how strong it will be , i was gonna break it in half and take half then redose if i needed to, but is it cool to break the exstended release or should i just pop the 10. thank you in advance for a pretty basic beginner opie user.

i looked at the conversion chart dont really get it, if i took the 10 how bad would it fuck me up, i take about 3 - 4 15s a day of oxycodone, or the little 5s i cant take 3 or 4 and feel normal , i just want to make sure it wont leave me fucking bent, nodding out lol.

oxymorphone is about 2x as strong as oxycodone when take orally. I'd chew it up if you use to 15-0 mg of IR oxycodone.

if i just oral it the high wouldnt be to bad? lol i dont wanna fuck up my high being all paranoid

I was just assuming you are taken the medications orally. If you plan on snorting, then realize oxymorphone is about 8x as strong as oxycodone when snorted. Most the new oxymorphone ER are unsnortable, they feel like plastic and are hard as rocks. Not sure about 10 mg, but the 20-40 are that way, though a new generic just came out that is crushable.

The bioavailability for oxycodone is pretty high oral, and the nasal is high, but a little lower than oral. But oxymorphones BA orally is garbage, like 10%, while orally its like 40-50%.

What I do with the uncrushable ones is just chew on them until they dissolve in my mouth, takes a little effort and time. If it is crushable then just chew it up until is crushed in your mouth ad swallow it.
